Just purchased a vehicle from Tangelo great choice very professional people very pleased

Just received my BMW purchased from Tangelo. Michael and Jony are very profesional and it was a pleasure to do business with. Also Mollie who dealt with all the admin was very efficient and helpful. The delivery driver Richard was also very nice a professional. Very high standard of customer service received from everyone involved. I highly recommend Tangelo to anyone who is in need of purchasing a car.

I was promised when picking up my new car from tangelo. That the scratches on the passenger's door would be polished out that weren't that the tire on the front passenger's side had been changed but had not been changed they tyred to disguise the old tyre as a new one by blacking it up. And they told me that the car also come with 2 keys and even said that in the advert, but the car only come with one key.
And I personally had to go to an Audi dealership to buy the key and get it coded to my car and then ask for the money back.
Which is fine, but it takes Time and money out of my day and fuel to get to audi, and they obviously did not reimburse me for that.

The team at Tangelo in Exeter were highly professional and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. From my first visit to view and choose the car, the knowledge, advice and confidence of the team was outstanding. Communication was first class and once I had considered my options, they arranged the sale swifly and seamlessly. This is another review of ours. We purchased a car three months ago, but unfortunately it broke down within three months. We contacted the garage, and I spoke to Michael Graham, who guided and supported me. We had RAC warranty, and the car was recovered back to Tangelo. Michael informed us almost every day and kept us updated. Initially, we had difficulties as their garage mechanic did not inform us about the timelines, and we were uncertain. We were frustrated and complained to Mark Steven, who is the sales manager at Tangelo. He took our case on priority and reassured us. They also kindly offered us a loan car as it was taking longer. When we received our car, Tangelo ensured it was properly cleaned inside and out. The car is now running better than before, and we are very pleased with Tangelo. We highly recommend Tangelo as they look after their customers well even after selling cars. We are looking forward to buying another car from them as they are very trustworthy.

I had no knowledge of Tangelo, their affiliation or reputation prior to searching for a particular spec of car, when I found them online.
I have been more than pleased with their Customer Service, the whole process of selling and buying my new car has been amazing.
Luke has been exceedingly helpful, offering to be my eyes as he videoed every inch the car inside and out - not all products or purchases are recommended to buy online, however being 500 miles away from Tangelo in Exeter, I couldn't have asked for more help and information.
My search for the perfect replacement wasn't the easiest of things to do, given my long list of particular tech specs for the car, naturally narrowing down what's available on the market considerably.

Not a great experience. Maybe it was just the salesman i had but he consistently lied. Car delivery was repeatedly delayed waiting for parts that were supposedly at fault and being replaced but were never actually fitted.

Hi. On Friday 28 June I set out to view a Lexus ux 250h pre-arranged with Michael and Dani not forgetting Georgia of Tangelo car sales, on arriving I and my son were greeted and shown around the Lexus which was very clean and then allowed to take the car for a long test drive, at NO time did I feel that we were being pressurized into a sale, Dani and George had the car prepared and sorted the paper work out and we were good to go, we cannot give enough praise to them both in the great effort to make the sale a pleasure, we have three new friends it was a great day out and good ride home, thanks to you both so very much.

Fantastic buying experience - purchased high spec Range Rover sport but due to living almost 300 miles away, it wasn’t really feasible to travel to view the car but Luke in particular removed any concerns I had and made the process hassle free, working tirelessly with multiple videos, e-mails and phone calls to make sure I was getting the car I wanted and that everything was as it should be. I found the Tangelo process easy and the rest of the team, Elliot, Mollie and Dave the delivery driver all contributed to make the process as good as it was and nothing was too much trouble for anyone including after sales and setting up the warranty. Everything was excellent. From initial first contact right through to delivery of my car to my address. Great initial video with commentary showing all it's details. The transaction went very smoothly with no problems. The vehicle was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted! The staff were great and very helpful and I have no complaints.Would recommend this company wanting to get a top quality car at a great price !

Luke made the process of buying my new car very easy. From the first phone call to hand over. We couldn't decide on which model an X1 or X2. Luke had both cars side by side so we could compare them and then test drive them both. And we stayed with the X1.
