Total Fraud. Cheap Chinese crap if you receive anything at all. Only way to return is to send back to China for more than the shoes are worth. Fortunately I was able to get a refund from my credit card company and am donating the "shoes" (more like slippers) to charity. There is no family business and no cute couple making shoes. All AI generated fakes.

This is a gross misrepresentation of a shoe I have ever seen. This is a total scam, they are not going out of business. They are contracting the cheapest shoe maker in Asia portraying them to be high quality. the real value of their shoes is $12.99 a pair

This is THE most FRAUDULENT company on the internet! I was sent an absolute lowest quality, so called boot ever made. I threw $110 away on a trash product. After MANY communications, they finally refunded me a lousy 40% refund. Which means I through away $70 of my hard earned money. I’m a 75 year old U.S. Army veteran, living on a meager income. These liars should be prosecuted for their fraud and total lies. Disgusting behavior!

This site is a scam. I placed my order 6 weeks ago. And I still haven't gotten the shoes. All I get is an AI. Response, do not go to this website and buy any of their shoes..

Avoid this online retailer at all cost! They are a scam. Unfortunately, I ordered prior to doing my due diligence and subsequently requested to cancel my order within one hour of placing the order and the company refused to honor my cancellation request despite their policy being clearly stated on their site which says cancellations can be requested if made within one hour of ordering. They refused to honor my cancellation request and tried offering discounts instead of return instructions. They then stalled for over a week before providing return instructions to somewhere in China. Ended up costing about $100 to return the shoes and I didn’t keep any products. The product quality is absolutely horrendous, cheap, china-made products worth no more than $5 per pair of shoes. Save yourself the headache and money as this company should be shut down immediately.

This is a bunch of BS website. These shoes are not made by Mr. and Mrs. O gray hair in the picture they made by a bunch of Chinese and a sweatshop and they’re not worth a crap. It’s just a big rip off another reason to cut China OFF

they took me for $189 on two pairs of shoes. they shipped only 1 pair to me. it arrived in a paper bag - they were too cheap to put them in a box! not what was advertised - just cheap imitation leather and korean army boot rubber soles. they answer emails with stock answers - the same thing over and over again. there is no way to get your money back. i had to give 1 star - there is no choice for zero stars - these people are complete zeroes. now i have to watch transactions on my credit card - as i now know these people are crooks.

Cheap mass-produced garbage made in China. Returns go to China on your dime. Lack country of origin labelling required by the FTC for all imported goods. Even if you did want to buy their garbage, the sizing chart is wildly inaccurate. They say you have to return within 14 days, but stall you for days offering partial refunds to avoid return shipping.

Whatever you do don’t buy Tanner Shoes they are JUNK if the size isn’t right u have to pay shipping fee to Asia just a total SCAM !!

This is a scam. The shoes are fake and the story is deceptive. The people do not exist behind it. The shoes are from china not hand crafted by the Tanners. If you look closely the AI images are so bad their hands are deformed.

I received shoes that were significantly longer than the size listed, and the label on the shoes did not match the actual size. When I reached out to customer service, they were unhelpful and unwilling to address the issue-instead, they insisted I pay for return or exchange shipping. It seems the company either mislabeled the shoes or failed to disclose that their sizing runs long, and their size charts are not clear about actual measurements in inches. I would recommend avoiding this company.

I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. Plastic pieces of crap made in Asia . These pll need to be arrested for fraud. ASAP

I fell for it so now I have two pairs of cheap boots that cost me way too much.

I bought 2 pairs of men's shoes thinking they are made in the US, when they came in, they were China made, and they were nothing like what i saw on their site.
Poor quality, run small, and they are not even leather.
These people are scammers.
Don't fall for anything they are showing you.
Stay away as far as you can.

I ordered a pair of light weight men’s hiking shoes. They were supposed to be genuine leather. At first glance they look like leather. I put oil on them and real leather would have absorbed the oil. These shoes did not absorb any. They are light weight and kind of comfortable but they are cheaply made. I doubt they’ll last very long. Tanner shoes is a scam! Well at least I only bought one pair. Save your money don’t buy from this company.

People beware of propaganda products sold on YouTube most are scams period buy from Amazon still poor quality on generic but cheaper and more returnable.😞

These guys are a some sort of counterfeiter. Bait and switch. So far my loss is $98. I am disputing through PayPal, maybe some of you can dispute through a similar pathway.

The company name is YuNingfeng and is based in Zhejiang China. I have the full address but Trustpilot won't let me post it even though it is a business address.

These people are NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE RETIRING AND SELLING OFF THE REMAINDER OF THEIR INVENTORY & SAID ONCE THEY ARE GONE, THEIR GONE FOREVER. I TRY TO SUPPORT AND ORDER A PAIR AND THEN IT SAYS THAT MY ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING HANDMADE BY THE TANNERS WHEN IN REALITY THEY WERE REALLY ON THEIR WAY FROM CHINA. I GET THE BOOTS AND THERE IS LITERALLY CHINESE WRITING ACROSS THE FRONT OF THEM. AND THEY IGNORE EMAILS AND EVERYTHING AND WON'T DO ANYTHING. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERSSSS
