Coming to Pier was combined with a lot of fear for me. I’m a very sensitive person, I sense people, feel energies, feel everything very deeply, the world’s beauty and its cruelty. Some weeks ago I was shutting down. Coming to Pier, allowing myself to open up again, just a little bit, felt scary because I didn’t know what would happen to me, if I might fall apart again.
Pier held a very warm, safe and present space without judgement. My quietness, my sensitivity - it was all welcome. That space made it possible for me to accept where I am right now and feel that I am enough just as I am.
It allowed me to feel loved, loved from my surroundings but most importantly loved from my self.
After the session, Pier held the space and connection and made it possible to share how the experience was working and settling in the body.
I feel energy flowing differently now and I’m sure it’s just the start of this journey.
