If I could give zero stars I would. So disappointed. Met this family business at an event and really wanted this to work and to support them however the product is not working, company has no phone number and no response from several emails to customer services. Money and time wasted so I will return to the event this year and prevent as many people as possible from doing the same.
Before buying a 'smart' wearable first check if you can set up a Curve account. No Curve account wearable useless. Check out Curve on Trust Pilot, it has a poor rating.
My payment ring broke in two after 9 months use. Contacted customer service email to arrange a replacement. Got absolutely no response. No response from the web form either. The contact number given on the website doesn't even ring. Feels like a dead company, companies house accounts don't look good. The three positive reviews on Trustpilot all arrived on the same day. I've written off my money, don't waste yours.
Bought nfc payment fob, good price compared to similar. Bought last Friday, but no follow up email on dispatch so far. Website contact page only gives a form, but privacy page gives: customerservice @ tap-2.com

I purchased a payment wearable from this site as it was listed on the Curve webpage. I got an immediate 'order confirmed' email but no shipping info followed. Multiple emails - no response, social media message - no response, phone call - it's not even a proper number so no connection. I've raised a dispute with my card company. Steer clear.
Great product and really helpful! Makes paying for things so easy, don’t even have to think about my wallet, or have to pull out my phone - making the process seamless! Christmas present for sure!
Got my ring as a gift, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best and most used gifts I have ever received. Since using this product I haven’t brought my wallet out once. And the best thing about it is that it doesn’t need charging. Great idea gift idea for people who love wearing rings.
Customer service was great, super friendly and easy to deal with. My order arrived the same week I ordered it and was so straightforward to set up 👍
i pre ordered a ring at an event they were holding then told to wait until end of may it is now july and i still havent recieved the ring or had any reply to the countless emails i have sent
After placing an order I was advised would be sent on the 28th May. On the 28th I received an email to say that the order had been processed I waited the 5 business days but no delivery. I sent an email off asking if the ring had been dispatched and if not to cancel the order and process a refund. After not receiving a response after 24hrs a period of time that I believe would be acceptable for a response. I claimed a refund back through my bank. Shortly after I receive an email with no apology that the ring had not arrived and that I had confirmed I could no longer accept the delivery, this in itself would prove that the order was not processed on the 28th as per the email already received. The email saying that the order was processed was obviously a lie
