Tap Cartridges Avis

My order was fulfilled in good time and the replacement cartridge works better than the original ever did.

Very good website. Just make sure you have accurate measurements and you can narrow down what you need using the filters. Also, very speedy delivery. Very satisfied all round.

I had no idea about tap cartridges, but sent my measurements and a photo, and was directed to an option that fitted perfectly. Arrived within a couple of days. No more dripping tap. Very happy.

A truly excellent service and one of the best websites I have used in a long time. Pictures with dimensions, as well as the ability to filter each dimension out, meant that it refined the search to find my cartridge out of the vast array of cartridges available. A quickly answered email checking one of the details and rapid delivery topped the service off brilliantly.

Tap Cartridges have made it easy and straight forward in identifying the correct tap insert.
That said, they can only go so far, so there will be some leg work on your behalf to take your time in measuring and selecting from options.
Once selected the items are swiftly shipped.
This will be my 1st port of call when needed next.

Perfect fit, my concerns about the cartridge being OK were answered professionally and all is well, please keep up the excellent advice for people who aren't in the know about taps, thank you very much, will use you again.

A very informative web site allowing you to check all details. The old adage of measure twice, cut once, relates here. Measure ten times, order once.
I got the correct cartridges first time and they were fitted within 15 minutes of receiving them in the post.
Fast delivery, first class service. Recommended

Quick delivery and service

Local services were unable to supply the part so contacted Tapcartridge. Great customer service from their representative who answered all of my questions. Identified the part I required from the guide on their website, ordered and delivered quickly and fitted perfectly.

Selection guides were very good. After measuring old cartridge using the selection tool got correct one first time. Ordering straight forward recieved goods in 2 days.

What a great company. Had an old leaky tap and all the usual places told me the part couldn't be replaced. Was faced with ripping out the bathroom suite to replace it but then found Tap Cartridges.

Simple to use guide on working out which cartridge I needed from a very wide range and it was a perfect fit!

Purchased a hot and cold cartridge and although the order arrived super quick only one cartridge was in the package. I sent an email which was replied to on a Sunday and the missing cartridge was dispatched on Monday.

Mistakes happen, it’s how they are handled and this was handled perfectly.

Definitely will use again

Right parts, delivered on time.

Your catalogue is very good. Making selection straight forward.
Reasonable price and prompt delivery.

Good response to queries about replacements and speedy delivery. They fit, too!

I enquired as to which catridge I need and response was exceptionally fast, although qualified with a "closest we have" proviso. I took a punt, cartridge was delivered quickly, sadly it didn't quite fit but return and refund was painless, a good outfit 👌

Good quality cartridges, with good dimension measurements for a good fit & delivered quickly

Good advice on website in regards to size and type of tap cartridge. Speedy delivery.

Product fixed my leaking tap!

It's a little less smooth turning on an off than the original, but works fine.

Choosing the right valve was also a headache - the measurement filters on the site don't work well/accurately and the differences in some of the measurements are so small that accurate measurement against the original was nigh on impossible.
