Hi Tara,

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had, and I completely understand why you’ve been left so disappointed.

I’ve looked into what happened with your email from 23 August and, unfortunately, for some reason it never came through to our customer support system. This meant it wasn’t picked up by the team and you received no response. I can only apologise for this. From your perspective, you had returned two orders, had confirmation they had been delivered back to us, and then heard nothing when you chased your refunds. I completely understand why you felt you had no option but to raise a chargeback. These have now been refunded for you.

I’m also very sorry that neither size worked for your partner, particularly after trying both 2XL and 4XL.

I’m sorry again that your experience reached this point. I do pride Tapered on our product and service so its very disappointing that this is the experience you had with the brand.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m genuinely sorry that the delivery issue has left you feeling this disappointed.

Unfortunately, Evri let us down with this particular delivery and I completely understand the frustration that caused. I do want to clarify, however, that we responded to all of the emails you sent regarding the order and tried to assist throughout. And we chased our fulfilment company to understand what was the issue with the delivery. So I’m sorry you were left feeling that customer support was non-existent.

I also want to reassure you that Tapered isn’t a dropshipping business. Orders are dispatched from our own stock, at our own UK warehouse and in this case the issue occurred with the courier after the parcel had left us.

I appreciate that ultimately you just wanted your order to arrive without any hassle, and I’m sorry Evri’s delivery service resulted in such a poor experience for you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. It’s fantastic to hear you’ve finally found a t-shirt that works properly for your height and build, especially after struggling with the usual compromise between getting enough room through the chest and shoulders without ending up with excess fabric around the waist.

Hearing you describe it as the best-fitting t-shirt you’ve ever owned genuinely means a lot. I’m really pleased the length, sleeves and taper have all come together to give you the fit you’ve been searching for without feeling restrictive.

I really appreciate you giving Tapered a try and recommending it to other guys with a similar build. Hopefully the first of many for your wardrobe!

One of the products in your order was on pre-order, which is shown on the product page, though I appreciate that this may not have been clear at the time. To help make up for the wait, I’ve sent out the item that was in stock and refunded your shipping charge as an apology. I understand how disappointing delays can be, especially on higher-priced items, and I appreciate your patience.
