After weeks of trying to get a local plumber to fix a toilet I heard of Tap Tech. Within minutes of picking up the phone I had a confirmed appointment. The work was courteous, first class, reasonably priced and on time. When He left, I assured Dan that he could rest assured of having all our future businesss and I meant it.

Fast friendly service even in rural area
Dan provided prompt and friendly service late in the day on a Friday.
Waste water backing up into house lines and main floor toilet. We didn't find a problem in the piping within the house and to the septic tank.
However, with later guidance from a Septic pumping company over the phone I managed to remove a clog from the soil pipe entry into the initial solids tank (chamber 1) then clean the plastic cylindrical filter where the solids tank (chamber 2) transitions to grey water tank (chamber 3). Perhaps this could be added to the trouble shooting checklist for future callouts. Entire septic system is only two years old but this is an indication that there is indeed an annual check to be done and its within home owners capability.

This is why we advised you to call a Septic Tank Pumping company. In the future, we will definitely communicate the boundaries of our services more effectively before we send someone out on a call. Pleased to know you were able to resolve this with the advice from the Septic Specialists.

replaced main pump with heavy duty one. checked the backup and everything is fine.
