Delivered to an unsafe place and broken…
Delivered to an unsafe place and broken once received. It was a gift for someone. The returns process is arduous and long winded - your bathroom project goes on hold or you fork out for something else from another supplier and the returns process assumes you are dishonest. Still no refund two weeks after the original order so I am carrying the cost of two expensive taps on my credit card. Used this company before - it’s awful if it goes wrong.

Excellent customer service sink and tap were to get delivered 23March unfortunately we had an unexpected hospital appointment got on to tap warehouse and asked if our delivery could be postponed till week beginning 30th March got a very helpful lady and she sorted it out we were kept informed on every stage of delivery would highly recommend them

Tap Wharehouse proved to have a vast choice of kitchen taps in a variety of styles, colours, materials and prices. It probably took me longer to decide than the buying to receiving time, ordered on a Friday afternoon and took delivery the next day. First rate experience, would recommend them to anyone.
