Took money out of my account without my authority. Told me it was for Boots dis continued products . Asked me for £1.00 postage which I stupidly paid and now they have tried to take £37 from my account . I’m a pensioner and I can’t afford that sort of money. My Bank told me I need to call them to get a code before they can refund my money . Funnily enough they don’t have a phone number !! SCAMMERS

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. As per previous reviews, money taken for a low cost item and then £37 subscription fee (taken without permission). They take money unlawfully, do not justify why it was taken (which they are legally supposed to do) and then refuse to refund despite receiving no goods or service.
Total scam and therefore a total waste of time. I have reported to police and credit fraud, i suggest everyone does so that they cannot continue to scam.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!…they charge me for HP laptop £9.95 on 06/04/25?when I called them to confirm order they deny. April 10 they charge me £37 I don’t have any transaction with them I called credit card to cancel my card coz I knew it’s FRAUD then charged me another £9.95 on 11/04/25 I’m sure they will be frustrated coz card already BLOCKED!!!
Do not deal with this company
Do not deal with this company. They offer decent products at a very low price to suck you in. I ordered these via an advert from Screwfix on the 11th April 2025 and paid the postage of £9.95. By signing up to receive these Makita tools and paying the postage there is a process lurking in the small print that allows taskcanyon to take an annual membership of £37 !!!!! Which they promptly took on the 11th April. I rang my credit card company and nothing they can do except cancel my card as they will take it as often as they feel like. It’s absolutely outrageous they they can get away with this and are allowed too. They want hanging up!

Somehow got my card details and had a pending continuous deduction from bank account on 5th. On 8th they attempted to to take a much greater amount but was declined by bank. I rung my bank to confirm that I had no knowledge of this company and had no dealings with them. I had been nowhere to use my card over these days nor made any online purchases. The bank subsequently put a block on this 'company' and cancelled the debit card..now awaiting replacement card. Another attempt made this afternoon to take money! Beware
