Tastily really lives up to its name
The meal portions are great. The food looks appetising but above all, it tastes great! This is by far the best ready meal I have ever purchased!

The food was not to my expectation
The food was not to my expectation. However, their customer service is very good and offered me a full refund. So worth trying as they do honour their money back guarantee.

Salt content
Meals a cut above other ready meals, generous portions, but a bit too salty for me, as I am a low salt regime, otherwise very good.

I found the meals to be quite expensive and (subjective) I did not like the taste
I found the meals to be quite expensive for what you got. That is not too say the portion size is small but I feel it would be much cheaper to make the same portion size at home yourself.
I was unable to change my meals for the following week so I ended up getting the same meals twice in a row. I would not have minded if the meals had been of a good quality but unfortunately the quality of the meals had been 4/10 (eg roast chicken dinner) at best with some of the meals being 1/10 (eg beef katsu curry). (This is obviously subjective to my personal taste).
I found ace meal prep to be of better quality, though still expensive for the size of the portion but the quality was better and I enjoyed the meal.
Honestly, whist I wanted to use a service suck as this so I didn't need to meal prep, meal prepping yourself at the weekend at home is probably a better idea.

Started with a marketing call and went really well!
I found out about this company from a marketing call. I usually hate marketing calls, but the guys were really professional and very friendly. So I googled them to make sure they weren't a scam and actually liked what they were offering. So I took up their offer and the meals got sent. I have since had more meals from them and the quality of all of it is very good! The only reason for the 4 stars is that I think it's a little expensive. It is very convenient and very tasty, so I'm weighing up whether to continue. But they're definitely worth a try!
Honestly though, the sales and customer support staff I have dealt with have been amazing! They're very fair, polite and professional. Keep it up guys!

Ordering & delivery
Since the upgrade of the website for ordering, the ordering of the meal boxes had been very time consuming and a lot of email communication required with missing delivery. Although a loyalty program had been put into place which is good but my preference is a system that allow me to order smoothly.

Great customer service
I had an issue with my delivery. Resolved swiftly and efficiently. The products are great, quality is good and service is fantastic. In an industry that can be hit or miss, a good experience so far and have returned on a few occasions.
