I placed an Ordered in June and was told order was on its way then told mid June it was out of stock . Then asked for a refund in August and told to be patient it’s on its way. still waiting ! It’s September what a waste of time and it takes weeks to respond to any email
No customer service and they are still holding my money

Only received half of my order. Was offered 50% refund which I agreed to. That was three months ago. I keep getting told that they are still waiting for the relevant team to approve. I’d say your money and shop elsewhere
I placed an order on 31 May and never received it. After chasing the order several times, I was repeatedly told by customer service that it would be dispatched soon, but nothing ever arrived.
I then requested to cancel my order. They replied asking me to confirm the cancellation, which I did immediately. Since then, I’ve been stuck in a loop of receiving the same generic email asking me to confirm my cancellation again, despite having done so multiple times, including in new emails with “Cancellation Confirmed” clearly stated in the subject line.
2 months later, I still have no order and no refund. The customer service has been extremely frustrating and unhelpful, and I feel completely let down. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience. I believe this is a scam website.
It’s a SCAM. They sent me a DIFFERENT product than the one I ordered (also a lot worse quality than the picture).
When I wanted my money back, because they litterally didn’t send me what I ordered, they said return shipping was a VERY difficult and expensive process that I would pay for myself. 30€ or more + customs and all risks involved. As if we were talking about a normal return.
All they could offer me was a discount on my next order???!!!?? WHAT next order?? You are literal THIEVES 😂😂 ?!!

Ordered a linen shirt in size M — the size chart was bang on. It arrived in three days, nicely packed with no creases. Fabric feels just as described, breathable and soft. First time ordering from them and genuinely impressed.
Would have given a 5 star if the prices were a little low! But however the quality was good so I can let it slide.
I ordered a few tops about a month ago. The styles are decent and decent and the pricing seems fair. I'd consider buying from them again.

De henter det fra Kina - Skam jer 😳
De er en krig om at svare på mails, og efter at varen er modtaget, svarer de SLET IKKE
Samt tager det en krig inden vare kommer
De siger varerne kommer fra Holland,
I virkeligheden kommer de fra kina(temu), så køb ikke deres produkter
Hold jer langt væk.
Det er simpelthen svindel på højeste niveau. De reklamerer med at levere på 2-4 dage, hvilket ikke overholdes.
Desuden reklameres med at firmaet ligger i Holland. Alle deres produkter bliver sendt fra deres samarbejdspartnere i Kina ( TEMU ), så det er bare produkter fra TEMU, der bliver solgt til overpris
En og samme firma som tata fashion.dk. Hold jer langt væk svindel og tyveri af værste skuffe. Se anmeldelser på tata fashion.dk
Der blev angivet 4-6 leveringsdage men det tog 3 uger. Derudover har det vist sig nærmest umuligt at få lov til at returnere en vare, man ikke vil beholde. I stedet er jeg blevet tilbudt rabat på mit næste køb. Lad være med at handle her,
