Very bad experience with poor service

Very bad experience with poor service. These guys have been fooling me telling that they will service my wifi for 2-3 days, causing alot of repercussions in my office work. The worst part is that these guys itself dont know how to fix or troubleshoot their own Wifi.

Thanks God I saved

Thanks God I saved. I was calling for new TATA Fiber connection but, no one was calling. For two to three days I waited and now I will never go for Tata.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service Experience

I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service quality. Choosing Tata Fiber for the second time has unfortunately been a very disappointing decision for me.

The internet connectivity is extremely unstable, with poor network availability and very limited range across different rooms. The service has been unreliable and inconsistent.

Additionally, the technicians who visited my home appeared to have very limited technical knowledge. The issue was not resolved, and the visits felt like a complete waste of time.

This is the second time I have opted for Tata Fiber, and I sincerely regret my decision again. I request immediate attention to this matter and a permanent resolution to the ongoing connectivity issues.

Please treat this as a priority and provide a clear solution at the earliest.

Someone else turned up to provide service

I have a 200 Mbps connection but the latency to any test site on speedtest Pune is always above 11 and when testing with a test site outside Pune it will always be above 25 or even above 50. This causes everything to run slowly. I have tried to explain this to tata service team but they don't understand it. Also on cable the decibel should always be less than 30 i.e -30 dBm. My cable is at 30 which means weakest signal. That means cable and its connections are not done properly.
This week I raised a complaint again and it was assigned to someone named Kadam. Two guys turned up who said they were in place of kadam because he cannot attend my call. These guys did not have any tools, they just reconnected the cables again and walked out. I refused to share the happy code and in next 30 mins I got service completed message. How is this possible?
This same complaint I put up on the service feedback, no response.

Tata Play Fibre team in Wanowrie Pune…

Tata Play Fibre team in Wanowrie Pune is Fraud Team, they sold connection and said the set up will happen within an hour which took 4 hrs to complete, as my TV is not Smart TV they said to purchase Binge STB to convert TV to Smart TV, we needed it in urgency, while to make a sale of the Service they promised the BINGE STB to be installed on the same day evening, they didn't come after that and now not attending call also.

Mr. Akshay Patil is the sales person for Wanowrie Area, who make fake promises for sales.
Need to be beware of these team.

Bad Internet Speed and Service

First few months internet speed and service was good of tata play fiber but since last 4/5 months sometimes there is no internet connectivity, i have 100mbps plan but speed i get is 3/5mbps. I raised complaints at least 7/8 times, no one came to check personally, they just call and do some config settings etc from their office. The service and internet of tata play fiber is very bad now in my area DHANORI

Disappointed with Tata Play Fiber – Misleading Information and Deceptive Practices



I recently had a terrible experience with Tata Play Fiber. While recharging my plan, I noticed that OTT services were prominently displayed as part of the offering. However, after making the payment, I discovered that the OTT services were not included in my pack.

I even have a screenshot as proof, which I shared with their team, but there has been no satisfactory explanation for this misleading information. Such practices feel deceptive and amount to cheating customers.

If a service isn’t included, why advertise it during the recharge process? This is outright misleading, and despite raising the issue, I’ve received no valid justification.

Tata Play Fiber, this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better transparency and honesty from a brand like yours.

Think twice before trusting their claims!

No internet from last 10 days

I am a customer of Tata play fiber since long time. After recharge, there is no internet connectivity. It has been 10 days now there is no resolution. I had asked for refund, the customer care is saying there is no policy for refund. Very bad service.
I have given today's time to fix the issue otherwise I am going with another connection provider and asked Tata to keep my hard earned money as there is no refund.. what the hell ..there is no internet since I did a recharge..not a single moment I used the connection..and their policy is saying no refund..boss do not lure customers. It's your fault, you should return my hard earned money.

Very bad service

Very bad service, response time is poor. Cabling is not proper frequent disconnection issue due to poor cabling. Called customer care many times about poor cabling issue but no response.
Very bad experience, please new customer don't opt Tata Play Fiber

Never take their connection

Never take their connection, my internet doesn't work and the engineers and support team just keeps on giving me new numbers to contact to. Have tried 4 numbers noe, all of them says they will come to see the issue, but then gives another number to contact. Getting a new connection later. This is a huge mistake

@HaritNagpal' CEO of Tata Play Fiber I would like to bring your notice on the service given by your team.

When I checked with them for binge box they asked me to upgrade my plan for 6 months, now when I upgraded my plan they refuse to provide me the binge box and not refunding my money to me.

I have asked them to provide the policy where it mentioned.. they said we do not have the policy with us and asking me to Check it on website

Request everyone not to choose the Tata Play fiber for broadband

Extremely Disappointed - Terrible Service from Tata Play Fiber

I had an utterly frustrating experience with Tata Play Fiber that has left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. I had initially approached them with high hopes for a reliable internet connection, but my experience turned out to be a complete nightmare.

First and foremost, I reached out to Tata Play Fiber to set up an internet connection at my location. After going through the necessary procedures and providing all the required information, I was told that the connection would be set up within a week. Naturally, I eagerly awaited the installation, expecting a seamless and prompt service.

However, the week-long wait turned out to be a colossal waste of my time and energy. To my dismay, at the end of the week, I received the shocking news that Tata Play Fiber did not have service availability in my area. I was dumbfounded. Why did they not inform me of this earlier? I had wasted a whole week eagerly anticipating a connection that was never even possible.

Seeking a resolution to this frustrating ordeal, I requested a refund for the payment I had made in advance. The frustration did not end there. Tata Play Fiber made me wait for another excruciatingly long week for a response regarding my refund request. The lack of urgency and respect for my time was truly appalling.

As I sit here writing this review, more than a week has passed since the promised refund. Despite numerous follow-ups and constant reminders, Tata Play Fiber has failed to deliver on their commitment. I find it completely unacceptable that they continue to withhold my refund amount, causing further inconvenience and financial strain.

The level of incompetence and lack of customer care demonstrated by Tata Play Fiber throughout this entire process is simply mind-boggling. Their inability to communicate service availability, their excessive delays in processing refunds, and their complete disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply dissatisfied.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Tata Play Fiber as their internet service provider to think twice. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone. They have shown a complete lack of integrity and have proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a more reputable and customer-centric provider.

In conclusion, Tata Play Fiber's abysmal service, false promises, and failure to provide a timely refund have earned them a well-deserved one-star rating. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and customer focus from a company that claims to provide quality internet services.
