Very friendly Customer Service Staff
The customer service staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe the on-time delivery needs a little improvement. Especially after the 50$ expediting fees.

We've used Tattoo Fun a few times over the years, and I can honestly say I have never found anyone easier to work with, or more genuinely interested in taking care of our company's needs. Our most recent order was pretty time-crunched (due to a lack of advance planning on our part); Tattoo Fun totally came through for us, and got our tats and stickers delivered on time for our 20th Anniversary Party!

Thanks for the survey before I received my order!
When I got an email from Tattoo Fun, I was hoping it was tracking of my order, since I have not received it yet. However, it's this survey!
I did get a shipment tracking email. However it was from one Tattoo facility to another, not to me. Not only is that not useful, it increases my confusion.
Even though we have terms, we got billed as soon as the order was placed. Wouldn't you want to deliver first and get all the shipping charges right before you bill us? Got this survey before the order even shipped to me. You might want to complete my order first next time. It's been three weeks. Any idea on when I can expect to receive my order?

Hi Paul,
We apologize for the confusion with the tracking emails -- your tattoos were sent from our facility to our packaging facility to complete the order. Our system sends these emails automatically, it was not our intention to confuse you. We are currently in the process of updating this feature.
We are working with a new review platform, that is why you received an email with the survey -- we are collecting reviews and have sent an email to all of our customers. Since we have completed multiple orders for you in the past, you received the survey. We apologize if that was confusing, as it may have come across as a review for your most recent order.
We have made it a policy to send out invoices immediately. to all customers that are on terms -- shipping is calculated by the weight of the order and distance of delivery from our facility to you, so the cost is immediately known, based on those calculations. We send a copy of the invoice to your accounting department, as well.
An email was sent to you with the tracking number for your order -- they will arrive to you on Monday! :]
