Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Die Süß-Nuss Packung ist fast alles Rosinen!!! Wo sind die Pistazien und andere Nüsse?
Die Service ist noch schlimmer! Keine Antwort weder auf Anruf noch auf Mail.
Werde nie mehr einkaufen.

Ich bin eine Stammkundin bei Tavazo in Teheran gewesen. Hier in Deutschland dachte ich zwar sehr hohe Kosten bestelle ich, weil ich vor allem auf getrocknete Sauerkirschen Lust hatte. Ich habe gleich 4 Packungen gekauft, auch andere Nüsse, etc..
erstens sie sind getrocknete Kirschen und süß-bitter! Also gar nicht sauer! Als ich bemerkt habe gleich habe ich mehrfach Mails und Anrufe an Tavazo gesendet! Gar keine Antwort! Sehr enttäuschend!!! Die آجیل شیرین ist am meistens getrocknete Maulberren( die sind viel günstiger als Pistazien und Nüsse). Mann finden kaum Pistazien drin und selbst das salzig!!! Unglaublich schlecht! Als eine Nussesserin finde ich es katastrophal. Richtig Betrug !

I have orderd many things at tavazo a few weeks ago and what I received was a low and low quality what you can buy at turkish grocery, So ppl dont order at tavazo waste of your money! I thought that I can make my parents happy with something from Iran but al I had was a great embarrassment

Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Jujuben waren sehr alt und nicht mehr frisch. Wir haben online bestellt und anschließend den Betrag überwiesen. Nach einer Woche wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass ein Teil der Ware nicht verfügbar ist. Seitdem warten wir auf eine Erstattung oder zumindest auf eine Rückmeldung von Ihnen.

The customer service team was incredibly kind and supportive. They updated me at every step and made sure the package arrived safely — and as you can see, the wrapping was done beautifully and with care.

Tavazo Europe is honestly the best shop from my country that gives me both great quality and a feeling of home.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Bestellung. Alle Trockenfrüchte und Nüsse haben eine gute Qualität. Hier gibt es viele Zutaten, die wir für unsere persische Küche brauchen.

I ordered premium gift boxes from Tavazo Europe, expecting high-quality products for an important event. What I received was an absolute disappointment: the boxes arrived with white stains, broken doors, and defective packaging. Even worse, the nuts inside were exposed to air due to poor sealing, making them completely unreliable for consumption.

Reaching this company is nearly impossible—the only way to contact them is through email. When I reported the issue, they assured me they would send a replacement and retrieve the defective items. For 10 days, they repeatedly claimed my new package was "on the way" and even told me the day before my event not to worry. But guess what? No tracking number, no proof of shipment, and no delivery. Just lies and excuses. After my event passed and I confronted them, they simply stopped responding altogether.

This company completely ruined my plans, not just by sending low-quality, defective products, but also by misleading me until it was too late to arrange an alternative. Avoid them at all costs. They are untrustworthy, unprofessional, and deceptive.
