No replacement for damaged item
I bought 4 gold bars: 1 was ok, 2 were dirty (took some effort but I was able to clean them) and 1 was damaged, presenting multiple scratches on the card/assay. I requested a replacement of the scratched item from Tavex (took them 6 days to reply to my e-mail) and they declined, claiming that this kind of issue can happen in transit and that because the gold in the card was in good condition, they would not replace it.
Extract from their e-mail: "I can assure you that all items in your order were new, and of investment gold quality. Unfortunately, when items are sent out by post, the CertiPack-style plastic packaging can become scratched. The gold bar is still in good condition and can be sold on as an investment item. For this reason, we cannot offer a replacement or refund. "
Each gold bar was posted in a paper envelop, all inside a padded envelope; the cards could have been bent or broken in transit but not scratched, without damaging the packaging; therefore the Tavex explanation makes no sense and lacks any degree of accountability.

Fake signed delivery in Royal Mail
I face with fake signed and delivered order. Service was good that I got replacement for lost delivery. Just to prevent that kind of situation in future I would be happy if you add under delivery options this: Delivery : post office branch. Gave 2 start only to be seen.
