Brilliant customer service, would recommend
Brilliant customer service and communication from support staff (I messed up and accidentally ordered a taxi for the following morning 3 hours later when I meant to order for the following day, was easy to deal with and their staff reached out by phone (this happened at 11pm!) to confirm everything had been handled very quickly) and the driver himself
Great drive and had a nice chat on the way to the airport.

Stress Free Service
Really great service. Simple to book. Comms about pick ups were clear and the drivers friendly and helpful. The whole experience was stress free which is what is needed when travelling. Definitely will use again.

A seamless and great service.
I was looking for a transfer from Manchester to Leeds after a 28 hour flight from Australia and I was lucky enough to stumble across Manchester Airport Taxis.
Firstly, their website was really easy to use, quote and order what type of car you needed. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to others. I had looked at others that charged a bomb or that were cheap but had terrible reviews.
Secondly, their customer service was great. I needed to request extra luggage and messaged their what's app number. Within 5 minutes a customer rep replied stating my request fine was and that he would let the driver know about it. I was then notified via what's app on the day that my booking was good to go with driver details and when he would arrive.
Lastly, the driver Amir was amazing. He looked into my flight and saw I was landing a lot earlier than I had anticipated and called me to ask if I wanted him to come early. Because of this, I did not have to wait around another hour. Amir's communication was great and he directed me where to meet him and gave me an ETA. Amir was then very helpful and absolutely awesome to talk to. He made my partner and I feel really welcome and safe. If all people in Yorkshire are like Amir - I am looking forward to living here!
