Excellent communication once booked, confirming booking, driver details and on day driver kept us informed of traffic delays en route to us and gave accurate ETA.

Friendly driver, very helpful. I booked them to pick up my mum and was very happy with how Farooq treated her. The booking process was straight forward, and the driver arrived on time.

I found the booking very easy , the service after booking was excellent with the company phoning me to confirm it.
The price was very reasonable too.

I personally had an awful experience with this company!

We used the service in June and received a great service, prompt and polite. We booked them again to take us to Gatwick. As expected they arrived for the drop off to Gatwick. No issues got us there on time. On the way back, we were delayed but nonetheless they wre waiting for us and got us home. We will continue to use them as we find them cost effective and prompt and easy to contact if any problems or issues occur. Thanks team.

Great taxi service, clear and good comms, responsive, competitive prices especially on London! Both drivers were excellent, polite, chatty, and good calm drivers.
I will 100% use this company again, and recommend it to anyone who wishes to book a taxis.

The driver was very accommodating after the company had a mix up and booked us a saloon car, when it should have been a bigger car to manage the 2 large suitcases we had. The car itself was really comfy and the air con was perfect. Company could be a bit more organised and check the booking details, but the driver and car made up for it.

Very very bad very stressful time dealing with company . I rang these so called taxi company to book a cab to go and pick up my partner up from hospital (he was a patient) . I was told it will be 15mins , so I paid by card and 30mins later , taxi still hadn’t arrived , I rang them 3 times to see where the taxi was, was told 15mins away , last call I made was told taxi had been cancelled and they had my money £38 , so I spoke to the manager and was told I’ll get money back in 4days, I said no refund now , after 10mins was refunded back to my card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Really bad customer services and attitude.

I booked a taxi a few days in advance via the Croydon Cabs website. They called back to confirm and promised it would be on time. The taxi didn't arrive, though the company - this time under the name Taxis Network - said it had arrived.
After admitting their mistake, they arranged another taxi which arrived ten minutes after the agreed time. This turned out to be a Bolt taxi, although they hadn't said anything about using a third party.
The next day I asked for their comments on what had happened. First they denied repeatedly that I'd had a problem. Then they gave a reply which contradicted what they'd previously said, and was untrue (they acknowledged this and apologised for it). Ten days later they are still 'investigating'.
The Croydon Cabs website says 'We offer a diverse fleet of vehicles' and 'This taxi company...' As far as I can tell they have no fleet to offer, and Croydon Cabs (or 'Cab in Croydon' depending which part of the website you read) is not the name of any company, just a website.
If you feel you need a third-party company to book your Bolt cab, you can ask Taxis Network. They may or may not honour your request, and they may or may not tell you the truth.

Booked a pick up for 4:30 am a day on advance. Little did I know they use Uber drivers. First driver turns up and then cancels the pick up as he took another job. Second driver doesn't even show up despite confirmation. Finally after 20 mins a third driver turns up. Driver confirmed that he is an Uber driver and that this happens all the time. I could have booked an Uber myself but wanted the guarantee of a pre booked service. Do not book with this company, they are not honest about their service

Very dodgy. Almost a scam. I pre-booked a taxi for 5 people with luggage and paid £57 through Hackney Taxis.
What I got was an Uber that couldn’t fit everything. Basically what they did is charge me double what an Uber would cost.
I didn’t what I paid for.
Don’t bother with this lot. Just get a taxi.

Was early for pick up and very friendly and helpful with our heavy luggage.

Used this taxi company for the first time and I can say that they are best one I've used.
They were also cheaper compared to other local companies. Great communication throughout and was also able to book a return journey via WhatsApp.

We also ended up having an extra passenger on the way back but they accommodated her with any issues.

Would recommend trying them.

Great communication on mobile text and email. Driver gave clear instructions from Gatwick arrival to his car.
We arrived at just past midnight last night and got home very easily and comfortably.
I would use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a year in advance to guarantee I would have a taxi after an event as I have cancer that has made me very weak. The journey was cancelled less than 15 minutes before pick up leaving us stranded while I was feeling incredibly ill. First they blamed a medical emergency before then saying that it was due to the fact that prices and driver availability had changed within the year. This was, however, the first I'd heard of this.
I would suggest you book with quite literally anyone else if you want a car that will actually arrive and pick you up.

Booking experience very easy, good communication prior to pick up, picked up on time. Only slight negative was the condition of the vehicle which was a little dated.

Received confirmation when booking the night before, and again this morning. Driver turned up exactly on time and was very helpful with my 2 cats.

The only confusing thing is he said this had come through to him as an Uber driver, although I hadn't booked it on the Uber app.

Anyway, a good driver and a positive experience.

They couldn’t have made our journey easier. My great uncle can’t walk very far and they called to say they’d arrived and then were brilliant in getting as close to us as possible even though it was a busy area. They were also very patient while we got in and out of the car. Extremely affordable as well, so worth booking with them rather than trying to hail a cab. Would definitely book again.
