I had a portfolio with IBKR that I needed to file in Bulgaria for tax purposes (capital gains, dividends and some other stuff). I wasn’t sure how to file the taxes. Nikola prepared my annual return. It return was filed quick and accepted with no questions.
I also needed advice on whether I had to register for VAT and if my trading could count as commercial activity. Together with the filing Nikola also consulted me on this matters.
There was a clear upfront fee (200 EUR for 2025) which I only paid after the service. The replies were quick and most importantly the job was done.
