In order to remove them as a tax agent you need to contact Revenue through myEnquiries and request the removal of the agent link. Or call Revenue asap i guess. Same thing happened to my friend. We changed her bank details to hers on Saturday and the following Tuesday the bank details were changed back to theirs! And as well as that they do not have great knowledge when it comes to tax , they claimed completely I incorrect allowances on her behalf so that they can get any money!

Does anyone know if they even pay out it's been 3 weeks now and still no payment from them I keep emailing them and no reply am I wasting my time

Can I ask did anyone actually received any payments back of them? They owe me like 1000 from the 1500 I know they charge 30% of it but I sent my details to them on the 2nd of February and I still haven’t received any money from them

Absolutely ridiculous!! They have taken my money as well! I called revenue loads of time to let them know they re scammers I didn’t give them my signatures or other details to make changes on my revenue account. I haven’t received any money at all! I am also blaming revenue. How would you let them change my account details without my permission!

I had the same opinion as the other reviewers regarding email and customer service although I did receive my payment. The amount they take is quite high compared to other companies it I recovered it none the less.
To all people out there this is something which you can do yourself online on your tax file but if you want service it has to paid for

BEWARE of ONLINE TAX REBATE. I've done all the work, but they kept on changing my bank detail to theirs. I found out that they unauthorised copy my signature from a vague online application form a year ago and place my signature on Paye 1 and Paye 2 Revenue Form. Revenue confirm that they have my money since last month. This is illegal! They owed me my overpayment tax. No Phone number, No contact details. Would not respond to my email to refund my money back. I will contact solicitor and designated authority if this is not sorted over the coming days. Their Facebook account no longer exist! This the worse online transaction I ever experience!

Money paid to them from renueve on the 16th of January still no money sent to me keep saying my documents are wrong when they are not. went on to my renueve just after me completing my P21 so money was sent to them. not replying to any emails at all. There are located in cork in the regis building also found out there landlords are jcd 0214614726 if my money isnt paid by next week i will be personally driving down to cork and going to there offices.

Online tax rebates recieved a refund belonging to me in error .

The refund was for 10600 and they have stole 30%

I applied for the refund and uploaded all the documents that were relevant.

Today I received confirmation of a bank transfer less 30 % commission.

I received no breakdown which I was told I'd recieve prior to the funds being transferred .

This company had no buisness taking a commission on a refund that they did not secure.

For two weeks I've been sending emails and literally getting no replies .
They have no phone numbers listed either .

Customer service is an absolute disgrace ....

Never recieve any money from them, even when the revenue said they already sent it. Does anyone know how to remove them from revenue for good? No contact number and support emails go unanswered. They keep changing my account details back to theirs. Any help would be appreciated

They lure unsuspecting tax payers through instagram and do not make their 30% exorbitant fee's at all clear.

They took €500 off my daughter from a €1,600 tax rebate because she was on emergency tax. She believed she was dealing directly with revenue.

Revenue should NOT allow these people to operate.

Elaborate scammers...posing as a company. This is not a company.
All it is, is a website. This website needs to be shut down. Be warned if a website has no phone number to contact, no pricing etc do not trust. And lastly ensure you check trust pilot.

Wouldn't even look at the website stay well clear. Personally went to check if I was due tax back in 2023. Never used the service myself. Went ahead and done my own tax this year to my utter disgust I saw they changed my bank details to theirs and holding my money hostage for 30%.

I will be speaking to a solicitor on this issue as they never provided a service for me I done all the work they simply added there own details.

Absolutely disgusting no phone number in website bogus address and bank located in Belgium. Reporting for fraud and hope to threaten legal action stay well away from these people.

The fees or charges are broad day light robbery. I had roughly €876 coming in from Revenue. Irish Tax Rebates took €263 in charges 😳😤and I was super 😠. My daughter had €44 coming to her and they took €22 in charges. Ridiculous!. I will apply for my own taxes independently going forward like I have. done in the past. Please be aware of this in case you want to use their services. They are expensive!!!! I would not give them a star, scammers of the century.

Wouldn't touch with a barge pole. Taken a month of me chasing them for them to do my tax back and then they say they have no update as waiting to hear from revenue yet revenue emailed me to tell me the amount I am due back. There is no contact number and no name of anyone one their support emails, which also takes days for them to reply. One hundred percent a scam scam scam. Avoid like the plague

Absolute scam of a company. Takes 33% for simply processing a P21 statement in revenue.ie. A statement that takes minutes to go through yourself. I lost hundreds of euro from using them. I even tried to cancel before using their services completely but it was too late. Once they ask for your IBAN to "make the repayment", your money is gone. They said the average repayment is approx €1000 so that's €330 of your money in their pocket straight away.

Very poor I emailed them saying I didn’t need help doing my tax as I done it myself I removed them from my revenue and they kept adding themselves onto it and they took my tax ax return and haven’t gave me my money back disgrace avoid them 100% I applied with them two years ago

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could leave negative rating I definitely would. Firstly they advertised getting you a quote to see what you could be due, then they take over and claim tax for you then hold it hostage. I have sent more than 10 emails to the support email dedicated to existing clients. Only to have a default reply sent to me 2/3 times. REPORT THIS COMPANY FOR FRAUD I very very rarely review but this is a disgrace. Still have not had any update after providing details to be sent my rebate which I know they’ll take a heft undeserving commission percentage. This company needs to be investigated, it’s a disgrace.

Heard nothing so emailed them on the 11th and I was told I was due no rebates back.
Went onto my revenue account to see their bank details were still there on my account and upon actual review by myself, I discovered I was due a substantial amount of tax back.
Biggest scammers out there, should be shut down.

Just a heads up to not use any form of tax rebate services out there. They’re literally taken a cut out of your money to do the simplest of things such as clicking on a few buttons which you can just do yourself. The Irish tax return system is fairly easy to navigate so there’s no need to get someone else to do it for you. This kind of work is pretty much a scam. Don’t get caught out.
