TaxSlayer ProAvis 

TaxSlayer is an excellent program to work with. I love it. I always encounter friendly representatives that are ready and willing to assist me in whatever problem I may be having. My problems always get resolved. I can always count on TaxSlayer.

Not sure where these reviews came from but taxslayer is slowly digressing every year for the past three years. The signature portal has constant issues. And I have to get an external signature system for my team. EVERY YEAR there’s an issue with the schedule C calculator and itemization to the point where I don’t use it anymore and it’s frustrating. I have not seen any true upgrades at all meanwhile other softwares listen to their consumers and actively make changes. Website is constantly crashing and tech issues mid tax season take several days to fix. Worst part there is no section for tax updates or tech issues being worked on so you have no idea there’s a tech issue until you just so happen to call tech support. They have integrating features that customer service has no idea to navigate to. TPG had a fast forward program integrated into slayer and their customer service three people whom o heard speaking in the background in total. Their team Had no idea how I could take advantage of this program and where to find it in their software. The client portal is underwhelming. As a cloud based software they should be way more progressive than they are. The fact that they still don’t have the option for tree form view is still boggling to me or the option to add actual 1099k forms to the software is crazy. My team and I Leaving this software this year we cannot take it anymore especially the lack of attention and care towards real interface improvements. They are so arrogant and dependent on client loyalty they don’t feel a need to change, never got a feedback request form or never got a view from them or a video posted of “new rollout features” like OLT and Crosslink. Time to go

TaxSlayer Pro was the best choice I made for my office. The program is user-friendly, and support is outstanding.

I have a good experience with TaxSlayer for abt 15 years. I was disappointed this year when it let me do mail in refunds and the IRS gave us trouble. I go to seminars every year and was not told that they were changing the rules. I have a friend that does taxes with Drakes Sofware and her sofeware would not let us do a refund unless it was direct deposit. I wish this sofeware had given us another heads up. A

Great software I have not yet mastered it completely. Able to complete lot faster.
Looks like there has been change in support staff. Some of the new support staff have not been that great or helpful probably due to lack of knowledge.
Other than that, very happy with TaxSlayer. Already put my deposit to renew for next year.

Tech Support was able to solve a complex issue I had with e-filing a Virginia amended return.

Praise the LORD! Very efficient and always available when I call. It doesn't matter who I get on the phone, they are always so friendly and courteous. From billing to customer support, I have no problem getting my issue resolved. I recommended them on my facebook page. TaxSlayer gets a 200 from me.

It's the best tax program that I have ever used. Tax Slayer is easy to use not matter what is needed on the tax return. The support is amazing, they always help me with all of the issues and even when I don't know where to add thing.

I have been with TaxSlayer for over 17 years and it was the best decision I made to drop my former tax software company and pickup TaxSlayer. The TaxSlayer software is easy to handle and if you do have a problem their service department will come to the rescue.

I love TaxSlayer! Great for newly independent tax preparers like myself. If you’re looking for a reliable software with great tech support, and not wanting to spend a fortune on tax software, TaxSlayer is for you!

Been using Taxslayer pro since 2018. Prior to Taxslayer I was using ATX since the late 90’s they became to overpriced and I needed a more affordable tax prep software. I have been very happy with the software and customer service they provide. The price is reasonable if you take the pre order special they offer. Customer service is very knowledgeably and helpful if you need help with installation and setup. I give Taxslayer and all around 10 stars. I do recommend Taxslayer to new tax preparers or anyone looking to try a different tax preparation software.

I've used TaxSlayer (usually TS Pro) for the last 10 or 12 years and I give them high marks.

Today I talked with a TS rep named "Miles" who helped me with questions about whether I could report capital gains and crypto/meme coins with TS Pro. He was knowledgeable and patient (with this 80-yr old.) I appreciated his help.

I was already familiar with TaxSlayer from a previous tax office. My first learning experience was very easy. I would definitely recommend Tax Slayer as a first choice for beginners.

Technical questions are all answered immediately or as soon as possible. I especially like the info you have already put out on the Big Beautifull Bill for my info and my letter than I send out to my clients. I start working on this in Nov.

My experience with Taxslayer Pro has been the best for 11 years. In the past I had worked with different softwares and Taxslayer Pro came to be the best. I like the format and the ease of getting from one link to another. I can view my forms and enter information as needed. I just truly enjoy it. So much to say and explain but you just have to try it yourself and will understand what I mean. I have my own small business now for 6 years and have never had a problem with Taxslayer Pro or it's agents and representatives. The marketing and technical departments have always been so helpful when I have needed assistance. Love you guys. Thank you so much!
