TAXZERONE is a very interactive and I highly recommend giving this online service a try.
TAXZERONE is a very interactive and easy to use online service. There is an online chat person who is with you the entire preparation process for any difficulty you encounter. I had the opportunity to have a call with the chat person to assist during my initial filing process. I am extremely happy with the program and assistance available on a very immediate basis.

We mostly use it for 941's
We mostly use it for 941's. It has been amazing to move from manually filling in the IRS forms and making sure the calculations are right. It is so very helpful. I actually enjoy the quarterly tax filing and from my initial research are few years ago, this is the most cost effective application.

Fairly easy to fill out the data but…
Fairly easy to fill out the data but clarity is needed on the REQUIREMENT for Signatory Details before the Upload button is functional. It took awhile to figure that out and even the ChatBot did not recognize that was an essential piece of data before the Upload button would engage.

It was a rocky experience at first but…
It was a rocky experience at first but the agent served to be very patient, knowledgeable, and more importantly honest when he made a mistake. Which made the rocky moments granulate and all was well. I appreciate his kindness and his guidance. The software is user friendly I only had one issue.

Kevin, Was very helpful getting my 941-X filed along with a Schedule R which was really important for the IRS to receive. And he was extremely patient with me as a newbie to the site. He walked me through virtually every step to complete the task.
