Chose Taylor roofs on two personal recommendations, I wasn’t disappointed.
From roof survey to new roof completion the service was excellent, everyone was efficient and friendly and the best customer service I’ve come across in a long time.

Engaged with Taylor Roofs to have 4 hips replaced on my roof. Found them expensive but went ahead as they came across well. The experience was not as expected. The hips were all out of alignment and they had to refit after I complained. The membrain barrier was not fitted properly and they had to reapply, again I had to push them on this. They also started flying a drone around my house without my permission taking photos, again I had to complain and stop them from doing this. I hate to think what kind of a mess there would have been was I not on top of the job.The job was to be signed off by a supervisor, he came out said he went up to inspect the job, and that he was happy with it. I asked how he got up the scaffolding and he said he climbed up it; so much for Health and Safety. After he left I checked my security cameras, and he did not go up at all, he just took pictures from ground level. I emailed the owner asking him to come and see me as I was unhappy with the job, he refused saying he does not see customers. It has now been over 6 weeks since the job was completed, I do not think it is a very good job and still have 4 more hips to do and will be asking another firm to complete this work. I was promised my guarantee a week after completion, I called them and they said it was forth coming and I have still not received this over 6 weeks later

Taylor roofing came to repair our roof and replace a velux window and a few other wee jobs.
We had an excellent service - the office staff are so helpful - answering questions and giving information as well as keeping us informed during the whole process.
Stuart the surveyor took pictures and told us all the work that needed to be done - as well as some things that could wait for another day if that suited us better.
The 2 workmen (I can’t remember their names) were very punctual and kept us informed with photos of their work - including problems they encountered and sorted as they went along. They were polite and very hard working and cleared up any mess they’d made .
I can’t fault the service from Taylor Roofs - I always recommend them to others and will continue to use them for any roofing work.

I recently had Taylor Roofs out for a roof verge repair, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. They gave me a clear quote, kept me updated with regular messages, and originally estimated the work could take up to six weeks. But to my surprise, within a week, I got a call saying they could do it that same day—talk about efficiency!

The girls on the phone were absolutely lovely, always helpful and cheerful. But I have to admit, the guys who came out to do the work were even nicer (sorry, ladies!). The team was professional, friendly, and worked quickly while keeping everything tidy.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used Taylor Roofs, and it definitely won’t be the last. Reliable, professional, and with top-notch customer service—what more could you ask for? If you need any roofing work done, I’d highly recommend them!

We have just had a full new roof fitted. Adam and his team were very polite and friendly and kept us informed every step of the way. They tidied up after themselves everyday. There were a few snagging issues but it got sorted quickly and the 2 guys that came out to do that were also polite and friendly. Would also like to thank the girls in the office as well. Taylor Roofs were very helpful. They had high demand after the storm and were honest about priorities and wait times. Mark was very professional at the Survey and took pictures to show the detail of what needed done. He did a temporary fix while surveying and explained what needed to be done. The work was arranged and Taylor Roofs kept in touch regularly about scheduling the work both digitally and via direct contact from Karen and team. Kenny did a great job and made sure some other issues were sorted too by clipping in some tiles. I’m glad I waited to use a proper roofing company to do the job right and also for a reasonable cost.

The team in the office couldn't do anymore to help me overcome a couple of issues I had .
I was made aware of the time the team would be on site. Polite and well mannered. Introduced themselves and then got cracked on . They chatted away to my son who was keen to understand what they were doing . So patient!
Once the job was completed I was talked through what had been done .
I couldn't have asked for a better start to finish job.

Most disappointed. Job not done properly and no signoff asked for. Little or no oversight of quality of work by management apparent. Once they had my money (that's the one thing they are good at) they didnt pursue my complaints at all. My mistake, but it wont be repeated.
