Have dealt with Wendy baldock throughout my family court proceedings and she has been amazing constantly offering support and going above and beyond from start to finish. Transfer of Equity
Having originally instructed a different local solicitor for the Transfer of Equity, I ended up using TBW due to the other firm sitting on their hands doing nothing with my case! TBW were completely different from the time I made my initial enquiry - file opened within minutes and real work being done straight away. Special thanks to Norrie for keeping me informed of what was going on and what was required from me to progress. The Transfer completed successfully within weeks (despite issues with the Land Registry). I would not hesitate to use TBW again and thoroughly recommend their conveyancing Team!
