Michael is literally a teacher he explained everything in lay man terms. He followed our pace and listened to us. I understood every single word better than what we have had before. The staff at TBW are all very nice, courteous and friendly and even the dog said hello to us. Everybody is approachable and even when we phoned up it was a pleasant chat. We are super excited. Exceptional service from start to finish

My mum has an illness, and Michael, the solicitor handling everything, was incredibly respectful and understanding of her condition.
