I was referred to TC Young for advice on POA. I met with Alison Hempsey initially via Teams. Alison was professional and engaging in her approach and navigated my husband and I through what could have been a very complex process.

Very efficient
The solicitor I was dealing with, Stefan, was extremely helpful with guiding me though all the paperwork and explaining everything to me. On top of that his replies were extremely fast and I never had to wait longer than a few hours to get a reply.

reception staff to their finance team.
Stefan was the lawyer from TC Young who acted for us in respect to a conveyancing issue.
He kept us fully informed throughout the process, as well as providing a very comprehensive report regarding what would be in our best interest regarding this issue.
Prior to concluding our business, Stefan not only gave us time to read his report but made himself available for any questions arising from said report.
Would definitely recommend this company for any legal issues.

I am extremely satisfied with the performance of Stefan Docherty from tcyoung who guided me patiently and expertly through the process of purchasing my flat. He was always available to respond to my many questions regarding Scottish laws and regulations since I am not familiar with them. He managed to put complex texts and paragraphs into straightforward language thus enabling me to understand the whole process more easily and at the same time minimising the stress involved in purchasing a property. The whole process only took a few weeks which made it possible for me to settle into my flat earlier than anticipated. I would highly recommend tcyoung when dealing with property issues and especially Stefan Docherty because of his calm and reassuring manner laced with a thorough knowledge of the subject matter.
