I am a new customer and was so excited…

I am a new customer and was so excited about receiving my handbag with the matching wallet and online gift card. My online gift card was sent to my email immediately. Then, I received an email (saying it was from Cindy) saying my order was being shipped from China and that I would be updated periodically. I did not receive any more update emails. When my handbag was delivered, I opened the package and it arrived in the pretty box like it shows while ordering, but it was the WRONG size (I ordered a medium handbag, but was sent a large) and my customization was INCORRECT (Ms. Kimberly is on the handbag instead of Ms. Martin)! Then, I didn't want any accessories and it had accessories attached to the handbag. When I checked my tracking, it shows that ALL items were delivered, but my matching wallet has not arrived- I looked inside the handbag and it was NOT inside of it. Lastly, I sent an email to customer support about not receiving all of my items and have NOT ga response from them. I am disappointed and will be posting a review on multiple websites about this company and my experience.

Worth the wait!

The bags are beautiful. I’m excited to gift one of them to our team lead! I got the big bag and it has room for work to grade, my laptop, and probably my lunch! I adore it.

We did have struggles with shipping and that’s not production’s fault. My order came about four weeks apart. One of the packages looked pretty beat up when it arrived but the contents were protected by the box.

However I’m happy with my purchase and it made me look forward to going back to the classroom again!

Photos are misleading - do not purchase Faux Leather

These bags are beautiful online. DO NOT PURCHASE THE FAUX LEATHER. The real leather may be nice, but the Faux are not worth what you pay. The picture shows a bag with texture and dimension (Stitching, raised nameplate, etc.) The faux bag is one smooth surface. It is nicely painted, but nothing like the quality of the picture. Not something I would have paid over $100 had I seen it in person. I assume the real leather bag is beuatful as pictured. Nice bag, but far below my expectations based on the photos online.

I just received my bag and I love it. The design on the bag the size is awesome it holds a lot. As a Daycare teacher I care a lot back and forth and my backpack was getting heavy and bulky. This is more convenient to carry.

Very nice!

Great bags, horrible transit

The bags are beautiful. I like that they keep you up to speed on what’s going on with your order, but there’s too many random emails. Also, during shipping, the box was damaged so I can’t present the gift to recipient in the box that I paid for, the front of the bag had a dark mark on it and one bottom corner of the bag was damaged.

I know the company can’t do anything about the quality of the shipping companies, but maybe a little more quality control for the stray markings and not charge for a box that could be damaged in transit and become useless.

Mixed Feelings

The company did a great job on sending updates on the order, processing, shipping, etc. Wait time, did indeed take a long time.

The quality for the price is not great. From what I saw on the website I was not expecting the item to be made and shipped from China. Leather feels thin and construction for saying it is the most durable is rather flimsy.

Wish I had been able to see it in person before ordering.

Edit: Thanks for reaching out, but no further communication has come since I responded. Also, 2nd bag that was in my first order has still yet to arrive.

Overall I love my teacher bag . I just would suggest the straps be more wider and thicker. These look kind of thin and cheap .

Delivery was too long. Great customer service though.

I would give this bag 5 stars because of the good quality and the great customer service. However, I ordered this bag three weeks before Christmas for a special Christmas gift and unfortunately I received it after to Christmas. Nevertheless, I love the bag and my daughter’s teacher loved it too.

I ordered a bag on Nov

I ordered a bag on Nov. 21st of 2023 with the expectation that I would receive it before Christmas, as it was a gift for my wife. As of December 22nd, I have not received a tracking number or any other re communication since Nov. 30th.
