TeacherGPT is a suite of AI tools built specifically for primary school classrooms in Aotearoa New Zealand. Unlike generic AI tools, TeacherGPT is designed around the realities of New Zealand schools. Everything we build is grounded in the New Zealand Curriculum (including the refreshed learning areas), Aotearoa New Zealand Histories, and culturally responsive teaching practices. Our goal is simple: To take emerging technologies and mould them for application in the New Zealand education system to help teachers spend less time on admin and more time teaching. Teachers can generate curriculum-aligned content quickly, then adapt it to suit their learners, school context, and teaching style. We also support the integration of Te Reo Māori, helping teachers reflect Aotearoa’s bicultural foundations in their planning. The platform is built and maintained in New Zealand, for Kiwi teachers. We actively update TeacherGPT as curriculum guidance evolves, and we prioritise privacy, reliability, and practical classroom usefulness. TeacherGPT is not about replacing teachers. It is a planning and thinking partner that helps reduce workload, improve consistency, and give teachers back valuable time. TeacherGPT exists to support great teaching in Kiwi classrooms.

I have really enjoyed getting stuck into using Teacher GPT. It's a game changer for myself and my students. There are so many cool ideas and features that I've been enjoying trying. It definitely helping to keep things exciting and school work manageable.

The only Ai I trust.
This is the only Ai I truly trust with the current New Zealand Curriculum. Its worksheet, slideshow and all round ability to enhance the teaching / planning experience is phenomenal.

TeacherGPT has been a game changer!
TeacherGPT has been a game changer for me. It has great ideas, executes so quickly and its knowledge of the curriculum means I trust it more than any other AI tool I’ve tried for my planning. Highly recommend trying the games feature to help students with their maths!
