Great after-sales ethic
Fantastic product and a great service from Kari-Tek. Had a small issue after my roof-rack was fitted, but it was dealt with immediately at no extra cost. The team are very friendly and always willing to help.

I love the easy low loader, BUT …
While I love the easy low loader for my sea kayak onto the the motorhome, the experience was an utter disaster.
I’d the wrong parts, dispatched, the corrected parts didn’t fit the parts which were initially dispatched. I ended up having to travel to Scotland to have the roof rack corrected and fitted. It ended up being fitted incorrectly by the staff at Teal Engineering and a second visit was required to readjust the positioning. Super product careless on detail.

we may not get it right every time we work extremely hard to be as perfect as we can be – our reputation is of the utmost importance to the team and our business. Since you order mistake 3 years ago, we have implemented new systems in our workshop to try and prevent this issue reoccurring. As with any business we listen, we learn, we develop, and we are always here to help. So glad to hear that you love the system.
