Love my cats engagement and that the product works.

My cats love these toys and I am in hysterics watching them! Absolutely great for cats stuck indoors.

My cats love this toy. So do my dogs, maybe you can make a dogs version.

Love the Teazy’s cat toy. Kept my precious Zoe entertained. Only one problem, finding it in obscure places. Need some way to locate it. I’m older so it’s hard for me to get down on the floor to look under beds, etc. I still haven’t found where it’s hiding after our last play period.

I received my order just fine. It took longer than I expected, but it still made it.

We purchased a remote controlled cat toy. The purchasing process was trouble free and the toy worked as advertised. Unfortunately, our cat has been either terrified of or uninterested in the toy, depending on what day it is. This is my problem, not Teazys'.

I think it’s a great toy. It’s taking time for my cats to warm up to it. There coming around to chase it.

My cat, Gracie, absolutely loves this Speedy Sprint Ball. It goes forever…haven’t had to charge it yet. The charger comes with it and that’s certainly a plus! I literally have to put it away so she doesn’t tire of it (maybe she wouldn’t!). Thank you for a wonderful toy!!!

This thing is awesome!! Shipping took a little longer than expected but since it arrived it has been a life saver. It is the only thing that occupies my energetic kitten while I’m trying to cook a meal or get something done around the house. The charge lasts a long time and it’s easy to clean. My only regret is not ordering 2 because it gets lost behind something periodically and does us no good when we can’t find it!

My cat loves the toy! He ate through one of the tails and I reached out to see if I could purchase extras. I was sent another tail and feather at no cost. Thank you! But I think you should sell them separately, cuz I know my cat is going to continue to eat the tails, but he loves chasing the ball around the house! He asks for it every evening after he has had his dinner!

Toy came quickly. Easy to get into use. Long haired cat hair gets caught up on it and stops it. My apartment doesn’t have those long hallways that would make it better for the kitties to chase. Found it MUCH cheaper after I’d bought it from other sites.

My cats love them, i had one issue and it was immediately taken care of.

I like it, but it picks up every last hair or piece of lint from the floor. With carpeting, it makes it difficult to keep running smoothly. It has great battery and my cats seem to like it when I can keep it on the floor for more than a minute without clogging with hair and debris.

Works great -- our older cat chases it, more movement is good at his age. Moves like a mouse, random.

I purchased the speedy tail 2.0.
Charged before I used it Used 3 x and the arm that goes around the ball kept releasing so the toy would stop. I wouldn't buy this. The motor is not powerful enough and it only runs about a minute before arm disengages.

Warranty is a sham! Overpriced items that break immediately. Their website clearly states satisfaction guarantees which they don’t honour, they just ignore your emails. Disgusting company - not sure how it can exist.

Worst customer service experience, EVER! Not only did their courier service deliver to the wrong address, they took photos of my package with its address label next to the street number of the wrong house. Then when requesting a refund, I had to email them pictures of my house as proof. I still have not received a refund, and it has been 7 days of constant back and forth with customer service. It is not worth the Hassel!
