I opted for elite program while making a purchase for CSPO. I was told that I would get access to LMS within one hour of making payment. It is third day and nothing has happened as far as elite benefits are concerned. There is no way to escalate it and the concerned agent is not even responding.

My experience with Techademy's Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course was nothing short of exceptional. From the initial inquiry to post-certification support, Techademy demonstrated a commitment to providing a truly enriching learning environment.
The CSM course curriculum was meticulously designed to cover all essential aspects of Scrum, exceeding the standards set by the Scrum Alliance. The content was presented in a clear, concise, and engaging manner, making complex concepts easy to grasp. The instructors were not just knowledgeable, but also passionate about Agile methodologies. They possessed extensive real-world experience, which they effectively translated into practical examples and insightful anecdotes. The interactive sessions, including breakout discussions and hands-on exercises, fostered a collaborative learning atmosphere and allowed participants to apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.

I like that there were many course offerings that aligned with the weekend I was available to do the course. I did not like that on the evening before the course, I had to reach out to get log in information. I felt that should have come sooner and then a reminder be sent. Nonetheless, the course was okay. The instructor had a very monotone style which made it a little more challenging to grasp complex subject material. Not knocking their style since it is what it is. The CSM who was assisting with the course was knowledgeable but rude. That was off putting.

The class was interactive and the instructor was more than willing to answer questions. I would definitely recommend!

It was great taking the examination with TechAcademy. However, my class schedule was rescheduled twice. I think they could inform us earlier instead of waiting until the last moment. Otherwise, the sessions were really amazing, engaging, and collaborative.

I had a very frustrating experience with Techademy. The portal itself seems bad, what really ruined my experience was the lack of response from the authorized personnel. I reached out several times with important inquiries and received absolutely no response. It’s incredibly disappointing when you're trying to get assistance, and no one is there to help.

It’s clear that customer support and communication are not priorities for this portal. The lack of professionalism from the authorized team makes it hard to trust the platform for any serious use.

I would strongly advise against using this portal unless they make serious improvements in their customer service and responsiveness.

This course exceeded my expectations. Techademy's combination of video lectures, interactive exercises, and case studies helped reinforce the concepts. The tips for exam preparation were spot-on.

Class was great and Bob Schutz is a pioneer in Scum. I feel that techachemy was less good. They did not sent out any information on the course until the evening prior so I would probably not recommend them on that basis. I had to email to learn it would be last minute

This is good for physical functional fitness,the technOLogicaL aspect of it.

This experience was exactly what I needed and wanted it to be. It was a professional group of staff who ran us through the CSM program. It was informational, insightful, and incredibly helpful to meeting my goals in utilizing the framework. I highly recommend this training to other professionals looking to expand their skillset in this space.

Great experience. Whether it was through the accommodating they showed with schedule changes (minimized stress), the course content (comprehensive) and the instructor Nino Zeljko (great instructor) Id comfortably recommend the CSM course to my peers.

It was simple from start to finish with people to help every step of the way!

I signed up for a CSM course that was 'guaranteed to run' and the course was canceled. They offered to slot me into another course but there wasn't another one this month with times that work for me. I requested a refund via email twice. I called and spoke with someone and requested a refund and was told a refund would be issued, but it wasn't. I went online to the chat and requested a refund and it said I can take another class and give me $50 back. I called again and wrote this review, and then I got my refund. I shouldn't have to contact a company 5 times for a refund for a class that they canceled.

As a project manager, I've dealt with too many vendors who promise the world and don't deliver. Techademy delivers exactly what they advertise, on time and at a great price for the value delivered. Thorough comunication before, during and after the course, technology platforms were easy to use, and the trainer was top notch - clearly skilled in both content and delivery methods over many years of practice. I'll use them again!

Had a fantastic experience with my Leading SAFe certification! The course was well-structured, and the instructor made the concepts clear and easy to grasp. The study materials were thorough, helping me achieve a 100% score on the exam. I’d highly recommend Techademy and will definitely choose them again for future learning

Heitor's engaging teaching style and practical examples made the two days fly by. The interactive exercises from Techademy for Sprint Planning and Retrospectives were particularly valuable. I gained so much confidence in understanding Scrum fundamentals.

My trainer’s experience in product management shone through in every session. His systematic approach to teaching product discovery techniques and metrics was enlightening. The interactive exercises for backlog grooming were particularly useful.

The analytics from Techademy's mock tests helped identify my weak areas systematically. Kevin Davis shared excellent exam strategies that made a huge difference. Got through target in all domains on my first attempt.

It's worth every penny! Shashank's tips for handling situational questions were game-changing. The mock tests are slightly more complex than the actual exam, which helps build confidence. What impressed me most was how Techademy integrated predictive and agile approaches into the practice questions.
