Strong visual designs, improved follow-through
Techcole initially reached out to me offering to help design my artist website. I was skeptical at first, but I was impressed by their visual design work, they truly have a strong creative team when it comes to layouts and overall aesthetic.
Working on the project was a bit rocky, and at times there was miscommunication. That said, since voicing my concerns, the Techcole team has stepped up to fulfill the remainder of our agreement. They’ve granted me access to my domain, resolved outstanding website issues, and committed to two months of SEO and marketing support to help make up for earlier misunderstandings.

• Ask clear, direct questions from the start.
• Stay consistently involved in the process to ensure mutual understanding.
