The product I was looking for was out of stock pretty much everywhere except Techfident. I was initially concerned as I wasn't sure if at best the item was out of stock and the site hadn't been updated or at worst the company wasn't trustworthy- In the past I've ordered from companies saying they had stock of an item and hadn't and then had to wait several weeks (having already paid) whilst waiting for the item to come back into stock and then shipped.
Anyway I called Techfident and spoke to a really helpful guy who even checked there was physical stock and basically put my mind at ease. So I ordered about 7pm and sure enough the item was delivered the next day.
I was really impressed at how I was treated and how the company went the extra mile, really impressive! Thank you

Incredible service! Within minutes of my order, Andy called me to say I had sadly missed the 24-hour delivery deadline (which I had guessed but thought I'd try!) and since I was going to be out the following day, arranged for it to be delivered on the third day, at my request. I mentioned that if there was any chance of earlier delivery, I would leave an outer door open (secure inner door!) and lo and behold, the printer arrived on Day Two. I couldn't be more pleased.
