Honestly if I could give 1 star I…
Honestly if I could give 1 star I would. Ordered last Thursday with next day delivery. I understand the delays due to the holidays not even an email with tracking number or anything. Tried to contact them 3 times over email, once over Instagram and called their
number numerous times with not a single reply once. The order was a Christmas gift. And not likely not going to arrive in time now.

Missing delivery
Was showing it had been delivered yet I received no notification so didn’t know.
It was only when I went online to check status that I found out.
The package had been put by bin in front garden, in plain few so, unsurprisingly, it had been stolen & I’m left trying to get either a replacement or refund but as no one has bothered to get in touch, no idea what’s going on
