I was searching for a refurbished DELL laptop and I was pleased to find this product at a company in Leicester, which is fairly local to me. My desired price range was between £90 and £200, so this laptop was ideal priced at £149. There was a coupon available for a discount of £10, giving me a price of £139, with free delivery by DPD. The tracking was accurate, and the DPD delivery arrived on the third day. This DELL laptop is good value, being eleven years old and has the Windows 11 operating system installed. Memory and hard drive size is relatively small, but adequate for what I need.

Great laptop for the money. Fast delivery

Helpful advice on phone prior to purchase, however "good" condition of laptop was rather disappointing. Some keys had stickers on where number had worn away, and item smelt heavily of smoke which is concerning around a laptop and effects it's durability. I would have returned item had I not needed to use it immediately.

The website was easy to use, order promptly dispatched and I was kept informed throughout the whole process,even given the tracking number for the parcel. Excellent service, will definitely use again.

Got an excellent better than new laptop for my grandson to use for collage.
I say better than new as it don't come full of the preloaded Bloatware new ones often come with. Also a third of the price Ebuyer are selling the same one fore, theirs is refurbed too.
