3 refurbished Apple Watches that have all had batteries that require replacement due to being below 80% I’m now waiting to find out what they are going to send me next however being told it could take up to a week to look into why all 3 have been faulty.
Update after leaving this review. I got a phone call to say the first watch didn’t have a problem despite me having photo evidence to prove it did. and the second watch I was accused of sending an iPhoneX back instead of the watch. Asking if I accidentally put an iPhone X in the box instead of the Apple watch. Eventually this issue was sorted they then blamed DPD and I received my 4th replacement watch which yet again has a failed battery.
How many more below standard products are you going to be sending out?
As soon as this claim is eventually completed I will be cancelling my Barclays likewise tech pack.

Chris was Amazing, not just picking up & repairing damage I had not noticed myself on the fram an back, Chris was highly professional, friendly, even in the brief conversation we had he over delivered on my expectations of the service I was expecting.

Great and fast service. In 2 days my phone was like new. I cracked my display on Friday day time, on evening I did my booking to repair my phone and on Monday noon my phone was fixed, like new! Thank you, highly recommend it!

Got our appointment rebooked twice. Got told we need a new phone paid the excess and then no one contacted me. Eventually I contacted them 2 1/2 weeks later the phone was sent out the next day, but they didn’t ask me whether it was eSIM so when it came, it didn’t work caused a load of hassle and had to go and get a SIM card from the shop because technically they sent the wrong phone out or didn’t warn us we would need a SIM because the one they took away was eSIM. Really bad service all in all

This company just getting worse I’m with them for years and they insure, but I had two phones one which I upgraded to and use and one old one was stolen from me and because I disconnected iCloud as I upgraded they closed my claim. It’s joke why you paying insurance then ! will be looking for other insurance even if I don’t make claim like for the 9 years I made two claim and that for broken screen 🤦🏻♂️ and paying £15 a month plus paid exess and keep increasing that why they move to wise which are horrible

I was over charged for over 20 year. For the Barclays TECH pack fee 17.50 a month. There are better deals elsewhere. You get a replacement second hand phone back not even same colour phone
