Parents!
Dad has dementia, at the time he was still living at home. The tracker gave us both confidence in him still being independent n myself knowing where he was n being able to talk to him without him having to do anything. I purchased t-shirts with a top pocket so the tracker tucked nicely into it therefore not hanging down around his neck. The app is fantastic n so easy to use. An absolutely fantastic device.
Sadly my Dad has had to go into a care home now after a serious illness requiring full time care.
I was looking forward to my mother taking on the tracker, being an independent 87 year old, but sadly she hasn't. So the contract has been stopped and the tracker has been put away in a draw. However it's reassuring to know that I can reconnect the device should my mother change her mind. I'm so disappointed with my mother on her decision.

A fantastic product; a literal life-saver and great for peace of mind. Great product, great service
Very responsive. Provided everything we needed to keep an eye on our loved one. Historical tracking came in handy too. Would definitely recommend to protect the safety of those with dementia. No IT issues in the 5 or 6 years we had it.

Finally, a company that cares

TechSilver customer service was outstanding, when I contacted them with a concern I had. Emails were responded to quickly and nothing was too much trouble. This company really understands the issues of dealing with people with dementia, and they really try to help.

Having purchased TechSilver’s water proof GPS tracker & SOS device.
Having purchased TechSilver’s waterproof GPS tracking/SOS device with annual subscription, I have to say that the device ‘works’ and works properly. It tracks where my aged wife goes every minute, and the SOS button on the side rings my phone and my son’s phone when pressed, to open a telephone conversation. And I can 'ring the GPS device to open a conversation. This is peace of mind for both my wife and me, besides our adult children .It’s not the cheapest device on the market but it works. (Other cheaper devices that I have tried turn out to be totally useless and not fit for purpose.)
The GPS device comes with both written instructions and a second to none video on how to set-up an operate the device and AIBEILE App, and the video also comes with shorter broken down sections, for easy reference.
I have experienced some initial issues in setting up the device with the AIBEILE App that runs the GPS tracker,
however, TechSilver’s customer service is again second to none. Emailing the company on three issues, has generated a resolving reply almost immediately, on each occasion; the last occasion being at 9.pm on a Saturday night when I needed some technical advice. - I expected a reply on Monday morning after the weekend, but I received a resolving reply at 01.25 on Sunday morning.
How’s that for service. TechSilver’s customer Service is without any hesitation, exceptional!
No, it’s not cheap, but it is good, it works on the GPS and mobile phone system, and you get what you pay for, complete with that reassuring and almost immediate resolving customer sevice.

Battery issues, reliability
Not the best. In January 2024 the watch had the back cover pop off and for a reasonable amount, they replaced it (even though it was out of warranty). Two years later, the back cover pops off the replacement watch. Sent a picture of it and talked to rep and he says the back popped off because the battery has swollen. He says not to leave the watch on the charger all the time. I only put the watch on my spouse when needed. When I need it I want it charged up. Tranquil knows that they have a battery issue and didn't say anything about it two years ago and now I have the same issue. Tranquil only offered $250 off a watch which is far less than the previous discount. I cancelled the service on March 9th. The subscription renewed on March 9th and they only offered me 11 months prorated. So they charged me one month of service for one day, claiming that they already paid their subcontractor (carrier). I don't care what their internal business arrangements are. My agreement isn't with the subcontractor. In addition to the above, I have had issues with tracking. On several occasions, I have had to shut down the app and power down the phone in order to for it to tell me where my spouse was. Refreshing the position location didn't help, so its not that reliable. I'm going to go the Google Pixel 4 route. Cell coverage on the watch is free as a part of my service and allows sharing of the watches location.

Perfect Customer Service!
I had inadvertently selected a rolling subscription with this company but was no longer requiring the tracking device.
I contacted the company explaining the situation and Cyrus dealt with my request efficiently.
The fee was refunded immediately and was back in my account within 3 days. It was a great relief to me and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I purchased a tracker for my relative…
I purchased a tracker for my relative who has dementia. The original device worked for approximately one week before it stopped charging. After contacting them, a replacement was sent.
Unfortunately, the replacement has also been unreliable. It worked intermittently and now permanently shows my relative as being at home when they are not, making the device inaccurate and unfit for purpose.
Given that this product is intended for safeguarding a vulnerable person, its failure is extremely concerning. In addition, the lack of telephone support has made resolving these issues difficult.
As a result, I have cancelled the renewal payment.
We had a tracker on our elderly…
We had a tracker on our elderly relative’s keys as she suffers from dementia. She was still going out to the shops and wandering around her childhood haunts. It really helped us to see where she was and if she was on a bus home etc. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone who has a relative with dementia still living independently to get one of these trackers. It has been a boon to us.
