It’s my 2nd or 3rd time ordering now and can honestly say it won’t be my last fantastic scents everytime not only that the customer service is outstanding I love the quirky emails and the fact it’s just a family run business makes it even more perfect thank you again

Fabulous melts, smell absolutely amazing! Once shipped which was with in 48hours of order being placed. I’m in the USA and was less then a week and they was at my door step!
Will be ordering again!
Communication is absolutely fantastic
So pleased one of favorite uk companies can still send to me when I no longer live in the uk!

The products are great. My order was sent out so quickly. The correspondence from the owners is great. They are so helpful and the emails are brilliant

I LOVE the Teddy Eva wax melts. I’ve stopped buying any other to be honest. I normally get a selection of the Teddy pots which arrive within a few working days of ordering. They last me at least a week whilst burning for a good 4+ hours a day ( I choose to change over every Friday during my weekly clean). The price is great for the quality of product that you get. I’m absolutely a repeat customer and love the seasonal scents they add in. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to support a family business in the UK.

I’ve tried a few wax melts and I’ve loved them all, my favourite being Orange Chiffon Cake.
Great customer service, quick delivery and the price is great too.
I highly recommend recommend!

I just received my order i can't wait to try them. Ross was so helpful when I needed the sample box changed and was quick to answer my emails back. I've been using them for a while and haven't been disappointed with any off my orders. The best waxes I've used. Thank you seren for packing my order.

Great scents, nice and strong. Wide range.
Funny newsletters always make me giggle!
Best supplier i have found for price vs scent. ( and i have ordered from big and small suppliers!)
Give them a go..You won't regret it!

Great long lasting smelling wax melts. The burner I purchased is beautiful. Unfortunately the burner wasn’t working as it should. I got in touch with them about it and they were fantastic. I chose a new burner and was delivered to me. I am absolutely delighted with the customer service. Will absolutely be making many more purchases 🥰 thank you

Lovely to be able to try sample pots very quick delivery just lighting my first teddy pot black cherry first impression amazing smell beautiful the smell is amazing and full the whole room

I am subscribed for a subscription box and also make orders adhoc. This is by far the best wax melt company ever! The melts last for long time, the burners are a very good price. I tell all my friends to buy from here and also give gifts to others to have a try. Also have to be fair Ross is hilarious and Rachel deserves a medal 🤣

Really helpful, friendly and sorted out everything out for me. Can recommend this place .

All the melts I've tried are absolutely beautiful and long lasting, delivery very quick , can't fault this company. Will be buying again , 😃 Lovely little thank you note was a nice touch !

Fantastic wax melts. Last for days and scents are AMAZING. Haven’t found one yet I didn’t like. Good range of products and quick delivery too. 100% recommend.

Great range of scents. Particularly love the Laundry ones. And these scents actually last more than just a couple of hours. Customer service is fab too. Super friendly and quick to respond to any queries. My new favourite wax supplier!

Teddy Eva scents products are always amazing. Great quality, Great scent throw and even the room sprays linger for hours afterwards. Reasonably priced for a luxury home fragrance brand. The small family behind the company are very personable and generous too. Delivery is usually within a couple of days, so fast shipping too.

Have ordered from Teddy Eva Scents on a few occasions and have always been really pleased with their products. So many different scents to try and their delivery is always quite speedy too. A great family run small business to support !

Really quick delivery and also enjoy the quirky videos.
Although we haven’t used them yet, the wax melts smell amazing, particularly Bookshop!
I’m sure we’ll will be back for more soon.
