I ordered my upright vacuum an recieved a vacuum that dosnt suck. Dosnt have my brand on it. It is not what I ordered. Ive made many complaints an because of there rigid policy they will not give my money back. This is a scam co. And should be shut down. Very upset angry frustrated cancer patient you was trying to get a vacuum that i can use. I'm devastated.

From them. It worked fine for the first couple of months - then became faulty. I asked for a refund, replacement, fix but was told the 7 day window to report a fault had passed. The 7 days would surely be for transit damage. Appalling customer service. DO NOT purchase from this organisation.

(Zero stars!) Ordered Beatfy 360 speakers, but was sent Zealot-S51, which I could have bought for much less from Amazon. Telorix are claiming that these are the same speakers and refusing to return/refund.

I wish I checked their reviews here before placing an order.

Bought a smart watch but has no compatible app so that's money burnt as they are just fobbing me off with app advice that plain does not work.
So... It's card issuer time and they can go after them instead.

This company is not to be trusted. What you purchase advertised on their site and what you receive are two very different things. You receive a third party inferior item which is not compatible (in my case) with your country's power supply. It takes weeks to arrive, a tracking no is provided only when they are hounded. It is difficult to contact them, there is no return address and no refund for having been sent the wrong item. This company is a scam, do not use them

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE THEM.
I ordered two watches 3months ago and still have not received them nor heard from them after chasing many many times.

I purchased two items received one. I have been asking for a refund for the product not received.
It has been 2 months of back and forth email.
They are looking for proof/picture that only received one item. I proved this with emails from them. They never proved/pictures that I received my products.
I wish I looked at the reviews before I even purchased anything. They already speak for themselves

DO NOT anything buy from this store. Their return policy is horrible and they literally have zero customer service! I made a purchase with them without investigating first - shame on me. The item I bought is not satisfactory for what I intended. I contacted support to start a return and no one EVER responded to my request. Save your time and money and buy from a reliable store.

This company is scam! I have ordered an romuv eye led but its impossible to contact with them or get the refund !

Item is not compatible with what I have and company will not provide instructions for return and refund. I would advise against dealing with them and I consider them as a scam operation based upon by experience.

It is a dropshipping company, that just ships from china and take overpricing.
Buy on TEMU and get better cheaper price, better service, faster delivery and better security if package gets damaged or lost. Products are exactly the same

If I could say zero I would. I ordered a Qinux VitalFit watch because of it's capability to monitor glucose blood levels. Instead I received a Smart Watch. I have sent several emails but get automated responses which are worthless. I can't find a telephone number anywhere.

I ordered a "camp light". They shipped it in a box that said it was a warm light + rgb light string.
It is only a warm light.
It works, but not really as expected.
I found the same thing on Amazon for half the price that is actually what it says it is. I should have checked there first.
I wrote to them to ask if I was doing something wrong to not get the RGB. I initially didnt ask for a refund/exchange.
The out of the can reply I received told me to understand my issue, I had to provide the following "evidences"

- The original shipping label of the received package so we can check if it is from our store
- Unboxing video of the package
- Photos showing the whole product under natural light, not in backlit conditions so that we can check the issue in detail.

First of all, who does all of that when they buy stuff on line and receive it? Second of all, I didnt ask for a refund I just wanted to know why the light that otherwise works perfectly doesnt do what the packaging says it does.

When I tried to check what I ordered, the invoice just says "Camp Light". I cant find that on their website because there are multiple options of Camp Light and none of the $ amounts match what I got.

I dont care too much because the item itself works, but I'm certainly not going to promote them, or purchase from them again.

I ordered some so called "Dee focus - Perfect Vision Glasses" in August 2024 (Order # plb10456909_1984).

I was very disappointed of the inaccurate and useless glasses received in dropshipping as the item is absolutely not worth the money. Unfortunately, I could not return the faulty item straighforward (lack of a clear return address) despite my claim for return and refund duly filed in via their online contact form (no reaction at all). Cautiously, I sent them a separate e-mail (to the dedicated address: supportatshops-support.net) with screenshots of the claim attached.

They tried to hold me back from sending back the useless stuff by not sharing the requested return address, and on another hand by proposing as solution to refund first only 20%, and lastly 50% of the order value after tough negotiations over weeks under the condition that I shall withdraw my claim ticket before (hopefully) getting the 50% refund settled. Obviously, I did not trust the deal.

Moreover, my payment platform for onlineshopping informed me that a third party called Pluto, apparently based in New Castle, Delaware 19720, USA is the beneficiary of the money transfer (and not directly TELORIX ?!). Therefore, I should also directly contact Pluto (wencystore.net) to claim the issue. In fact, this additional step constitues in turn some more hurdles in the return and refund process (maybe intentionally ???).

Also read carefully the fine print regarding their criteria for return / refund.

To sum up, I would not recommend TELORIX for onlineshopping, and particularly not to consumers within the EU as their business practices obviously do not comply with the EU consumer protection rules (14-day cooling-off period).

I bought a smartphone microscope which. Received . The lead to charge this gadget does not fit through the notch on the handle and therefore does not reach to fit into the port. When I tried to contact Telorix the email form kept falling out.
I have a useless gadget. And no contact with Telorix.

They pulled a bait-n-switch on me and are not giving me a refund. I ordered a NanoBoom mini speaker, which their website and receipt shows. I was sent an off-brand speaker instead. I contacted customer service to get it resolved and they are not acknowledging the issue and are trying to make me jump through a million hoops to fake their intention of resolving it. They are completely unprofessional and unethical.

Refused to refund broken goods, completely against the law to do this. Send photos of broken goods by agent Jane refused 5 times to refund.

Thought I was buying a VitalTrack Pro blood pressure monitor. After about 45+ days and multiple emails about this I get this total cheap knockoff of this device. They will not refund you or replace with item purchased. Do NOT but from them!

Not worth the money. If you want a watch to give time and heart rate then it's OK, but note there are cheaper watches with similar functionality.
If you want a proper smart watch to track your workouts, blood pressure etc., then it's poor. I found the blood pressure readings inaccurate, could not track my work outs, the user interface was poor, did not have the advertised dials....needless to say I was dissaponted and returned it after one week of use. I paid the return postage. Also read the fine print regarding the criteria for return / refund.
The watch is a Chinese knock off of the apple watch. I would not recommend it you want a proper smart watch, but if you are looking for a basic smart watch, then it's acceptable.
I found the advertisement on YouTube is misleading.
