The session was really helpful. Kerry was very balanced in sharing educational aspects as well as helpful firsthand experiences that encouraged me in beginning this journey as a SEND tutor, and truthfully, a Tutor in general. It was an informative and very useful and welcoming environment on call. I never felt uncomfortable and Kerry, who was leading the Training session I attended, was very polite and showed great confidence and punctuality when teaching and presenting.
