This is my second experience working with Tempest and as always they are great. My consultant; Jack has been brilliant to work with. There is good communication, he is prompt, friendly, happy to help and always keeps me updated with any changes.

Enjoyed 3 fantastic free courses provided by Tempest, delivered by the very knowledgeable Kerry. On behaviour management, understanding SEND children and safeguarding in the workplace. The courses were well structured and concise and I have definitely learned a lot from them.

I signed up for this as I needed to renew my Safeguarding Certificate. This course was very well run.
We get to keep the information which was shown via PowerPoint.
Which were sent to each person that attended this course they were emailed to every person on the course .

The training was guite interating.and simply and clear .the teacher was guite good.and made the 3 training well understood. Thanks so much Kerry.

She finds roles that I have really enjoyed because they were well suited to me and immediately resolves any issues that arise. I found the behaviour management training really helpful and insightful. I appreciated that the trainer acknowledged the importance of supporting young people who may be experiencing challenging experiences or environments that can cause them to act out of character. It was comforting to see that caring and nurturing is important in education and supporting each other through this is invaluable as educational practitioners.

I have used a number of agencies over the years and would say Tempest is definitely the best. Louise has been absolutely fantastic, you feel supported and valued. Working with Tempest Resourcing has been a dream. They have supported me so much and prepared me so well for a teaching role that is now mine!

Kerry (teaching and learning lead) is the responsible for teaching the CPD Courses via zoom (Behaviour Management, Understanding SEND & Safeguarding), which she always did brilliantly. She uses real life examples from her wide experience as a teacher which is exactly what I needed. It helped me understand my responsibilities and duties for my job. Furthermore, she tailors the sessions based on who is attending. For example, she would come up with possible scenarios only I would be likely to face in my role. Her attention to detail and individualised feedback was outstanding. These courses are 1h long each and 100% free. After completing them, you get a certificate. I find this great because it made me able to attend my trial with an improved confidence.

On top of that, Kerry scheduled 1:1 sessions with me to prepare for both my interview and trial days. She answered all of my questions and gave me useful advice that helped me smash it on both days.

Aine was the agent that first contacted me and has been helping me from day one. Her calls would always make me feel excited and confident that I could get this job and I have indeed! She has supported me through every step along the way. From interview preparation for the job, to the referencing process I needed to go through to move into a new apartment. She has always been there to wish me good luck, answer any questions and support me with anything I wasn’t feeling confident with.

Thank you also to Hollie, who helped me so much with my DBS applications (I finally got it right the 3rd time). She has always been very patient and helpful with me.
