Fantastisk support och alltid redo. Migrerade allt till Templ under 2021 och hade kunnat ge dom mer än 5/5 om möjligt. Superservice!

Those guys are really cool. The support is always there and it's not the kind of support from india or pakistan you normally have (without any discrimination, it's always super bad)!
Templ team is competent and native-english speaking and always ready to help you without pushing their extra service.
You get 100% what you would expect from the support point of view and is really appreciated!
It's nevertheless not a 5-stars review cause they do have 2 "negative" (or improvable) factors:
a) their platform is very, very simple. Meaning that there is 1/20 of the options you would find on cPanel or custom panels like on hostinger or siteground. I think they still have to find the balance between letting user change some stuff (e.g. PHP version, which a few months ago they finally published!!) and simplify stuff for non-tech people.
BUT, imho,... how difficult it is to let users switch between 2 interfaces? E.g. "switch to the the advanced features interface" for adv. users and leave it simple for simple user?
Cause sometimes it's frustrating to always ask support for anything that must be tweaked on the hosting...
b) if you compare to other services, what you get in terms of actual server power vs. what you pay is WAAAY less.
E.g. for 60usd/month you get a 4gb ram and a 2vcpu shared at 25%.... on some VPS providers you can get a 16gb ram and 8vCpu for 1/6 of the price!!!
Clearly it's a VPS, you need to face all difficulties and technicality... so I do understand that they charge more... but at the end of the game, you end up having 1 single WP install in a a very low-power machine and paying 60usd for the 10 times-in-a-year you ask for support... for which most of the times is because of their functionalities-lacking platform ;)
Other than that, good work guys! It's a very nice hosting you put together and most hosting should look at you as an example! ;)
ps. don't take the 4 stars on 5 as a negative one ;) Look at reviews of other hosting on trustpilot ;) If 4.5 would be available here, I would have chosen that for you ;)
I've tried a lot of different WordPress web hosters, starting from shared hosting, managed hosting to self-managing a VPS. However, templ.io beats them all.
They're using Google Cloud Platform for their servers and quickly managed to get Google Cloud CDN (full-page) running on my site as well - my website has never been that fast.
The ONLY managed WordPress host I found which also offers GCP and Google Cloud CDN hosting would be Closte - and their support is just not comparable at all.
Their pricing is fair and realistic. Unlike their competitors, they don't limit monthly visits in their plans, which is great.
Their support is amazing. They've helped me with every single issue/request I've had and were extremely friendly and responsive.
And yes, despite being based in Sweden, they speak English very well :)
Despite them being relatively unknown, I recommend you to give them a try. It's worth it - such a company gets all my support.
I'll definitely stay with them for all my current and future web hosting needs.

Var lite tveksam till specifikationerna på förhand. Men med Google Cloud Plattform som grund så är hela maskineriet väldigt bra optimerat.
Templ flyttade en webbplats åt mig, utförde lite magi och laddningstiden förbättrades avsevärt. Trots att jag kom från ett s.k premium-webbhotell.
Det här är en keeper. Kommer flytta fler webbplatser till Templ, allra helst dom som har lite högre krav.
