Scott was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us find a new space. We did have a few strict requirements, which did make it a little hard to find options at first, but thanks to Scott's diligence, he found us the best space for our company.

NO HELP WHATSOEVER, A MASSIVE WASTE OF TIME
I tried everything possible to get any kind of help or information or direction from anyone, anything! And nothing, no one contacted me back, or offered any way of actually making me think this isn't total BS and has been a waste of my time and effort. I desperately needed some help and I don't understand what this business does except lie. Just avoid, I wish I had

Great commercial realtor
Rocco worked very hard to find me the proper space. The space I needed for my business is a bit unusual, and he sought out several opportunities and ultimately found me a great spot within my budget.

Communication was excellent and making me feel as if the team was putting my interest first.
Communication was excellent and was open to showing me over 30 possible lease locations on 4 or 5 days. Never felt rushed and was always honest about finding the right location. I first started with Woody and had a great experience with him as well.
Dennis was very helpful with the final lease negotiation as well fighting for my interests.
