I was given the name of this company by an agent who uses them regularly as I had been trying to get the Eviction of one of my tenants for nearly three years. All I can say is I should have done this 3 years ago. It was quick and easy no stress.

Having used this fantastic company on multiple occasions, I can honestly say these guys go above and beyond to help us landlords in such a challenging time. Had so many horrible tenants over the years, but everytime Holly and the team act swiftly to draw up the paperwork and get me on my way to claiming back my property. So I'm sat here writing this review with a bailiff appointment within weeks all thanks to Holly and the team. You guys are amazing, don't let anyone ever tell you any different. There were many delays and lots of chasing up required. Ultimately, the eviction attempt failed due to an incorrectly submitted accelerated property possession form.

When I raised this with the company, they took quite a bit of time to investigate. They concluded that they had done nothing wrong and that information given to them is the client's responsibility, implying they are just a glorified form filler. Holly got very defensive and stopped communication, with John getting involved.

When asked for the investigation findings, they could only provide the form. They offered £450, half the amount, but emphasized it was not any admission of error on their part.

As they wouldn't provide proper evidence that it was our fault, and as they stopped replying (including ignoring a subject access request), I raised a court claim.

Holly or any representative did not turn up to the hearing the and judge awarded in our favour.

However, they have ignored the judgement.

Additionally, Holly makes out like it's a big team of people but it's only a company of 3 people at most (hence why everyone deals with Holly) and they don't actually have a legal team.

I recently instructed Hollie Morgan to assist me with evicting a problem tenant. The whole process from start to finish was stress free and straight forward. Hollie Helped me with absolutely everything and reassured me everything would be ok. Evicting a tenant is something i had never done before. The section 21 sent out was very professional with a covering letter. On receiving the section 21 the tenant moved out on the date given and i was able to take possession of my property again. I would like to say a massive Thank you to this company and to Hollie for helping me.

The tenants were refusing to leave I got in contact with Holly and she managed to get me an order for possession in super quick time would highly recommend there services.

Holly was very nice, friendly and knowledgable on the phone, explained the options and said to sit back, relax while they took care of the rest. Holly gave set price for evicting the tenants, this was £900 accelerated process option with fast track through the courts and they needed this up front. Then another £400 plus to take it court. Our tenants moved out after a few weeks and before we had even submitted the documents. We obviously stopped the process with Holly. What they did do was got all the documents together they requested from us and we sourced from various agencies and they printed out and sent to us. At no point did they offer any refund and we are still unsure what the £900 including VAT was for. Out of principle and fairness I would expect some money back from a service that did not need to do the work that was originally planned and priced for as we did not go through with the eviction. We contacted them to request in good will some refund however they have told us several times what they did. It seems simple we shouldn’t have to pay for something we did not need. The very least they should be returning the difference ie less the basic option. So please make sure you ask what if it is not needed. We have requested however they are now avoiding.

Thanks for the replay below. When you say partial refund of £400, this was never acted upon as the tenants moved out prior to any court action. If you are reading this, just be aware the cost of £750 plus VAT will be to read and prepare docs for eviction, which we gathered and sent to them. I am disappointed no refund was issued as we did not proceed with the service.

Great work from tenants evictions
I found them on google and they have successfully helped me get possession of my 4 properties . They did all the steps , the notices, possession claims and instructed bailiffs. We are now on my final possession claim for my 5th property and just have instructed bailiff . I would highly recommend this company . They really know the process
