Alittle disappointed with my purchase. The selling point is an all glass air path improving flavor. But it comes with bowls with glass screen too big. Using an aroma 3 or a medium Santa Cruz shredder grind consistency, it drops half my bowl into my water piece. You then are forced to use a screen defeating the purpose of the all glass air path. Still using steel screens. Yes there’s quartz, rubies, fritted disks, high air flow but if you don’t want to waste your herb you will be using a 10 cent steel screen. Wish I knew that

Great Product

Providing an outstanding state of the art product that shows out in every way. Checks all boxes as a real flavor chaser who is after the truest expression of terpenes. The universal baller delivers. 👌

First of all they buy their reviews so they can't be trusted. If you give them a 4 star review or better they send you a 15% or 20% coupon codes. To me they sent a 20% code initially. I made a purchase with it. They don't have real time inventory and the item i purchased was out of stock. They let me know it was out of stock. They refunded my money as they should. They didn't automatically reissue me a coupon code but when I remided them, they offered my a 15% coupon code in place of my 20%. When I questioned Stuart about the lesser coupon he had a fit and took it away from me and told me to buy my stuff elsewhere. So I did, and I am. I'm not really sure how Stuart turned their mistake into a win for them because I simply placed an order for the item I needed 30 seconds later with someone else and per his demand I will make my purchases elsewhere in the future. Stewie doesn't know yet how to turn a negative into a positive.

I have purchased 2 Universal Baller set ups along with pretty much every accessory for them. Shipping is always fast and there customer service is top notch.
