I've been hosting with Terra Since December of 2024. I have purchased asics right from their sister company Terra Hashes. If there is a problem or outage The Team at Terra Hosting is on it ASAP with clear communication. In 2025 terra opend up a new facility which already has had expansions down time moving from their older facilites to this new one was minimal. This included cleaning all the machines prior to putting them in the new containers. I recently requested an older machine to be sent home to me. When I recieved it the machine it was well packaged in an asic box with the foam inserts. The machine was also clean. It is clear that they treat your equipment with respect and like its one of their own. Most of us will never see these machines but its comforting to know they are well taken care of. I contiune to look forward to growing my asic farm and having it hosted at Terra!

The units have been hashing smoothly with basically zero issues so far, the power costs are way better than running at home, and the Indiana facility is clearly paying off in performance. The Discord community has been a nice bonus too—active, helpful, and full of people sharing tips.

In just 30 days, Terra Hosting has turned what could have been a stressful first step into something I’m genuinely excited about. Mike and the team aren’t just providing a service; they’re making first-timers like me feel truly supported, valued, and set up to succeed. The team at Terra is second to none and I wouldn’t waste your time researching other companies. I did and I found that other companies do massive up charges on their machines, and the response time can be days or weeks if you reach out to them. While being a client for Terra, Mike also known as Hawk, and his team have been very responsive to all my questions and have helped me purchase two machines so far. Terra has top level customer service, is friendly to noobs, and has great pricing on service and machines. Shoutout to Hobbiyst Miner as well for recommending them.

I have been using Terra hosting for almost a year now. With all honesty I can say I'm glad I found them. In the crypto world it is full of bad apples so to find a company that is transparent, reliable, trustworthy etc is a blessing. Since I started I have grown to 13 machines and never had a problem. I also know if I did they would be the first to help.

As I go into my second year I will be trusting them further as I send more machines to their new purpose built facility.

I was wet behind the ears when I first reached out, not knowing very much at all. Mike and the team have not only run my machines flawlessly but have always been there to answer any questions. Terra Hosting has been a great company for hosting FluxNodes. They had a few glitches early on but were quickly fixed. There support team was quick and very responsive when I had an issue with my FluxNodes.
They are still working on the new website and should have it up and fully functional soon ... Mainly referring to the support ticket side. I currently contact them on the Discord Server if I need support help.

I have had nothing but professional friendly service. The team is extremely knowledgeable.

Equipment was hosted with them for a while it mostly good, had some issues getting ahold of some employees. But equipment was stable and fine when mining but the return of equipment wasn’t the best but not terrible. Equipment was a little dirty after coming back but not bad. Had some stuff that was a little messed up & one thing was missing. But they have replaced the missing equipment and are in the process of making the situation right for the rest of the equipment. I have been with Terra Hosting for almost a couple years now, and have not regretted it. I started with them for hosting my GPU rigs, and have recently moved into asic hosting, and have had a great experience with them. They get back to me fast when i have questions, and have been knowledgeable on the equipment i have hosted.

I've been with TerraHosting for a few months, and it's been a fantastic experience! My power bill was outrageous at nearly $0.15 per kWh, but TerraHosting has practically cut that in half. The staff is amazing—always hands-on, friendly, and ready to help with any issue. I'm thrilled with their service and plan to send more units their way in the future. Highly recommend!

I switched from another hosting company, with which I had many issues, and where I was unable to earn Cryptocurrency as the machines were unavailable too often. With Hawk and Terra Hosting, I no longer have any concerns, as the machines are always available and the team is there to help and answer any questions you may have. Terra is the best !!
