What a treat. Have been wanting some new cargos for a while. Stumbled upon the Easter Sale - purchased 2 flannel shirts instead 😂 ( I didn’t realise they were a preorder and posted out today ) so up shot is I missed the Easter sales but the lovely Amy sorted me out a little code and I got my cargos which are fantastic! Even for an old man like me! I also got a lovely surprise gift in the package. Top top class from you all. Can’t wait for these shirts now! ❤️

I bought two pairs (Med & Sml) of Terreign cargo trousers after a previous pair from the company had been highly recommended.
Unfortunately, both pairs were completely unwearable. The waist sizing was wildly inaccurate, measuring around 8 inches larger than stated, which meant the trousers constantly slipped down and sat uncomfortably low. No amount of adjusting with the belt or drawstring made any difference.
What makes this worse is that the issue affected both pairs, suggesting this was not a one-off problem.
Customer service initially responded quickly and appeared keen to resolve it. I was asked to provide detailed measurements and photographs, which I did, and after reviewing everything they suggested a phone call to investigate further. I agreed to this.
Since then, they have gone completely silent.
A sizing problem can happen with any company. Ignoring a customer after acknowledging the problem is far harder to excuse.

Received my hoodie cap and cargo trousers today great quality and service would highly recommend 👌 only 1 thing I would say is to go a size up but I am 6ft2 and wide set 👍

I ordered a hoodie from Terreign clothing back in November and it was out of stock so I waited for it and it arrived the hoodie it's self was amazing quality but unfortunately was too small, so I returned it for a bigger size, unfortunately when the bigger size arrived it was too big! So I ordered another one which came perfectly sized but unfortunately the stitching was a little damaged at the seem, I messaged Terreign clothing and within an hour they had messaged me back with a big apology and sent me a code to order another one straight with free postage, as a sorry as well they have given me a free gift. People nowadays are too quick to shout when something is wrong but far to slow to shout when things are good, well I'm telling everyone to order from Terreign Clothing, the products are amazing and very competitively priced and the customer service is second to none. Thanks for all the help Amy.

9 items purchased now and every item is of excellent quality. The hoodies are warm and robust and delivery was always fast.

The test of a company though is when something goes wrong and Terreign were brilliant.

My trousers arrived with a grease mark on them. They told me not to worry, if I was happy wash the trousers and if the grease didn’t come out then they would replace them. Unfortunately the grease didn’t shift but no worries they sent out another pair and included a return pack.
