I ordered some parts for my 2023 Model 3 performance and my 2023 Model Y performance. I placed my order not realizing that I made a mistake by not reading the entire description of the items I was purchasing. I quickly realized a few hours later that I made a mistake and reached out to Teslamag. Within the hour, they responded on a Sunday!! Great product and excellent after sales support.

I have purchased several items from them and all are great. The Tesla door lights are the most fun! They are a little delicate are tricky to put in. Mine fell apart,due to a heavy hand. They immediately replaced them with an apology. Very impressive. I look forward to purchasing more items.

Apart from a obvious domain name grammar error (which I didn't noticed up to this point), it worked fine.
Some waiting time. But that was expected (not local seller).

I bought a Tesla accessory and through no fault of either party it didn't fit. Tesla models and years and exactly what parts they have on them can be very confusing. Even-though their official policy is (I believe) that return shipment is the responsibly of the buyer, they issued a return with free shipping, and were very responsive throughout the whole process. I have since found an alternative approach to my accessory need, but the experience with TeslaAccessories.com for me what one worth recommending. Chloe in particular was very helpful.

I ordered floor matts for my Tesla 3 from teslaaccessories.com.
I didn't know the company and had no references for it but the product looked good, so I took the chance and ordered 14/9/2023.
The order was expected to be delivered on 28/9/2023, but it wasn't.
I tracked the package and it seemed still to be in transit so I waited a few more days days.
A week later and still no package so I started to worry, so I contacted the customer service where I was reassured the package was in transit.
After some worried mail exchanges, I finally got the package on 11/10.
The matts were great made of a nice, lightweight material, with perfect fit and easy to clean. Great product!

I took a chance to place an order on accessories for my Tesla Y. I was hesitant at first because no one has given a review on this China based company.

My first package arrived Denmark 8 days after I placed the order. Their quick delivery and very good tracking app impressed me that I decided to order more items.

On my 2nd package, I came across some quality issues on 3 items - trunk dividers, car charger bag and electric phone holder. I raised a complaint with their Customer Service on 06 Sep, Wednesday. I got a response the next day. After sending proof of the unsatisfactory items, a refund was processed on the 4th day, Saturday, and the money was credited back to my account on the first banking day.

I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company for their professionalism.
