I would rate them 0 stars. I ordered the item I needed 4 weeks prior to my vacation. They super delayed sending me the shipment. I had to purchase the item on Amazon few days before my vacation as I didn't receive the package I ordered here on time from Tesstudio before my planned vacation. Received the Tesstudio product after 7 weeks of ordering and now they are asking me to pay return shipping and restocking fees. Will never purchase from this website again ever. And the irony is their website literally says 'Global Fast Shipping'.

They have the worst customer service. Beware!!!!! The try their best to refuse your returns when it’s their fault. There are plenty of other companies. Don’t order from them

Terrible customer service. I bought a dust/sound insulation kit for my Model Y and received a generic made in China package which included six unmarked bags of rubber insulation and one small sheet of instructions IN CHINESE! I contacted “customer service” and they said No, we can’t translate it and No, we won’t refund you money because the product is not defective (no, it’s just unusable). This is the second bad product from these guys. DON’T BE DECEIVED BY THE FANCY WEBSITE! Terrible, terrible customer service.

Bought the Tesla model 3 screen bracket, arrived within 7 days to the uk, all fitted and no issues! Great price and great product. Noticed some of the bad reviews but my experience was spot on…..

Horrible shipping time and customer service. It’s been over a month since I placed my order. The tracking indicates that the item was shipped from China, but has been here in the United States for 8 days. I emailed customer service yesterday and received a reply today that said it would be another 3-5 days. At this point I’m wondering whether the item will actually ever arrive, and if it does what the quality will be, or lack thereof. Again, horrible experience so far, and it’s been over a month they’ve had my money. I will likely contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Purchase a ambient light for my model y and stopped working two weeks later, spoke with a customer service rep via text message thru what’s app and send me a second control box unit that also stopped working in one week.
Now they don’t even want to reply to my messages after me spending almost $600.00 on this product.

DONT BUY FROM HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

The craftsmanship of the product is meticulous, the texture is great, and it’s very convenient to use. Highly recommended.

The product quality is excellent, the packaging was thoughtful, delivery was fast, and the customer service was outstanding!

Company is thieves.They won't deliver your s*** and just talk to you in f****** circles

They claim to be a US company, but customer support says it’s located in China.
• Extremely slow shipping, long delivery times.
• No real customer support — calls disconnect, emails ignored and are unhelpful.
• Item arrived damaged; they claim “engineers” must check instead of offering a return.
• Refuse to provide a return label or refund, despite website policy.

This company is misleading and unreliable.

Warning to potential buyers. Stay away from tesstudio dot com and I believe the .us one is the same thing.

- Long shipping and delivery times

- No customer support phone number. You dial and the line disconnects. Odd business hours. Unable to reach anyone during the daytime. No customer support staff. Just some random person who doesn't know how to help and says customer support is away in China( whatever that means).

- No response to email support

- Was able to chat with someone via What's App at 10pm eastern time and the person responded with "We apologize, but our customer service team is located in China and is unable to respond to you promptly."

- The person had no idea how to help me, provide a phone number, etc.

- My item arrived damage and they have to find out from their "engineers" instead of dealing with it from customer support

- I filed a dispute with my Credit Card as Tesstudio seems as they don't want to refund me or give me a way to return the product to them.

On their website it says "Defective or Damaged: Refunds or exchanges are only allowed if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival."

This is an expensive product that cost me $500. Please stay away from this company.

This company is a total SCAM. I bought two items and it never worked from day 1 after getting it professionally installed. They give you the runaround pretending to troubleshoot, but it just a delay tactic. Once you ask for a refund, they will ghost you. Oh, and notice how they don't display any warranty information, it's because they don't have one! Look at the Better Business Bureau and you will see an "F" rating. Avoid like the plague. This place is a total scam business.

I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Tesstudio’s customer service. After purchasing an item that was never shipped, I immediately reached out to their support team to request a refund. Unfortunately, their response was nonexistent, no confirmation of the refund, no follow-up emails, and no meaningful communication at all.

This lack of professionalism and customer care forced me to take matters into my own hands by initiating a chargeback with my bank. It is incredibly frustrating to have to resort to this step simply because Tesstudio failed to address a basic refund request.

Based on my experience, I will personally avoid doing business with Tesstudio in the future. Their customer service is terrible, and they show little regard for their customers’ concerns or satisfaction. I would strongly caution others to be wary before purchasing from this company.
