Test My-iq Avis 20

This company is a complete and total SCAM!! I had cancelled my subscription the year before (2025) took the IQ test again this year, paid 99 cents, and within 3 days 35 euros was taken from my account. I have tried to get my money back from MYIQ but find myself talking to an AI bot who although has admitted they are in the wrong obviously has no intention of refunding my money! This company are completely fraudulent making their money from small print which misleads their customers into subscriptions they were not aware of! In my case they have even admitted I had a cancelled subscription! SHAME on you MYIQ!
AVOID at all costs!

This would be a minus if could be. Promised refund. Never got one. It's just a scam. I am taking legal action now. And posting on here everyday to update everyone until I get a refund. And to trustpilot I have sent them all additional information as they requested. And to my IQ shame on you

I did not sign up for a subscription. I just want a refund and any subscription canceled. This is a nightmare!OMG I started looking for the day that I did a .50 inquiry and I found 2 of them on Dec.20th and they have been charging me $29.99 starting Dec.26th and every month since. Thats almost $180!! This is ridiculous. I really dont have $$ to be throwing away like that. I guess I need to read my bank statements more often. These people know what their doing! Its ,its own type of robbery!!

I am writing this because I have been charged $29.99/month starting on 12/25 for a subscription I did not explicitly authorize. I have attempted to contact customer support via the phone number provided on the website (415-236-3171), but the number is non-functional/dead.

This is a predatory billing practice. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund for all $29.99 charges. I have already contacted my bank to dispute these transactions and have reported this to the FTC.

They took 50pence from my wife to get her bank details, then later took £29 subscription which she didn't realised she signed up to, as a lot of other people have said. BE AWARE.

A bunch of scammers. Hidden subscription and it’s not Raven’s test and rather IQ test for kids. Everyone is a genius by the results of their tests. Be aware

This fraudulent company offered a test to me then said to get the result would cost me .99 cents so I did it. A week later they took $29.00 from my account. I never signed anything never subscribed to anything. What could they possibly have to offer for 30 dollars a month? They don't want to refund my money. I got a message they were gonna take care of it but needed to identify me and tried to charge me again please beware. They are trying to steal your money and use a fake test to do it. It's a scam! I will put a new review every other day till everyone hears this.

Dette er svindel. De trekker 10 ganger avtalt beløp. Anmeld det. Meta tjener penger på annonsene og bidrar til svindelen !

I did one of My IQ's tests and only later found out that in doing so I'd somehow subscribed to their site or something. I managed to get some money refunded but not all of it. As far as I'm concerned it's a scam and should be a: avoided, and b: closed down.

De belastet kortet mitt med kr. 399.99 for et abonnement jeg aldri hadde bestilt, etter at jeg betalte kr.11,- for en test!!!! " SVINDEL " De lovet etter en email at jeg skulle få tilbakebetalt disse pengene, men det har nå gått 3 uker og beløpet er ikke tilbake på min konto. USERIØST SVINDEL FORETAK !!!!!!

Du blir trukket for større beløp, etter du har betalt kr.111. jeg har måttet sperre kortet.

Wrongly charges me too much.
Afterwards I have read a lot of others that also experienced this. I was convinced that it was a 0,99$ trial period I was signing up for, but they charged me 19,99$ at the same time for the entire month. Reached out to them, and they refuse to help me.

Garbage. You waste a bunch of time and then are asked to pay.

Je kunt beter op Mensa zelf testen, daar krijg je de score, IQtester is heel eenvoudig,de IQ test op mensa is iets meer ingewikkeld, plus je krijgt je resultaat gelijk,je hoeft niet te betalen!

Ongelofelijk dat er mensen zijn die op deze manier geld willen verdienen....echt heel triest.
na het afronden van je iq test moet je geld betalen om je resultaat te zien.....ik heb alle vragen goed doorstaan want ik heb niet betaald....want dat op het eind was de grootste test....of je wel of niet hebt betaald

How do I remove my email address from "Test my-IQ"?
I do not want any contact with the company.
Their page takes over when I am on other pages, I will not get past this page without having to shut down and restart.

Na de test te hebben afgerond moet je een sms sturen voor de uitslag.
Kosten sms 3,- ( volgens website ) Geen uitslag ontvangen.
Tot op heden geen reactie ontvangen op mijn klacht (mail )

Het kost geld, zonder dat ze het van te voren aangeven

Rent svindel. Sender ikke en SMS, og det er ufattelig dyrt.
