No Certificate Yet
After completing the course I received 2 emails. 1st one stated one of my online modules was not completed and needed to be completed before certificate can be issued. I rang you and was told no, that is not correct and disregard the email. The 2nd email stated that my certificate could not be issued because my student enrolment form was not complete and please go online and complete it. I rang you again and spoke to Neil and again he said I should not have been sent either of those emails and he doesn’t know why they were sent to me.
Neil checked and everything to do with my course is correct, nothing is outstanding and he said my certificate should take maybe a week to be sent out.
That was 10 days ago and I still haven’t received it or any explanation as to why I haven’t got my certificate yet. As you can appreciate I am not impressed with what has happened since completing the course.

T& Tag review
The face to face course was good packed with information, maybe too packed for a senior like me, my head was ready to explode at the end of it, might be an idea to run it over 2 days. Russ Tuff was very enjoyable and quite a character with great sense of humour and stories.
Bit of misshap with the online component but was sorted in the end.

Doug is a great teacher

The training was excellent although the practical side was a little haphazard. Maybe a few tweaks is in order to that element of the training.
Tha follow up support provided after going ‘live’ is outstanding. The folk I addressed my questions with were knowledgeable and patient. Outstanding!

Web site and service
While I have not opened every link those I have give good clear information. The Web site is easy to use.
I rang Melbourne office on Monday I posted my unit up received email saying goods received and will be returned when calibration is complete.
Occasionally I need to get software information and mostly always available to respond with information so I can keep my customers happy.

Face to Face training at Rowville was great and Mark really explained everything.
the worst part of it is all the online questions. No Certificate until every question is approved by them... The Case Study question has really threw me off balance and i really wished that i had Marks number to get help with this ASAP The online support staff didnt really give me any type of hint "where to get the infomation from " $495 is alot of cash!! The bonus of the day for me was Mark and a healthy free lunch

Thanks for your feedback—we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the face-to-face training and that Mark made the day valuable for you. He’s a fantastic trainer and we’ll definitely pass that on.
Regarding the online assessment: to be clear, national training standards require all students to successfully complete the full course—including theory questions and case studies, before a certificate can be issued. We totally understand it can feel frustrating at times, but we’re here to help support students through the process, not just hand out certificates without all requirements being met.
Our support team is available to assist, though we’re careful not to simply provide answers—we aim to guide students toward the right information so it stays compliant and meaningful. That said, if anything felt unclear or unhelpful during that part of the process, we’re happy to look into that further and help clarify anything you're stuck on.
